Don't bother with going to anyone else in the Carrboro area. Carrboro Plumbing needs to be your first call. The reps are very nice and explain what is happening. Eric is responsive and the office team keeps you in the loop. Will they be able to come immediately? Maybe. Maybe not. But that is the nature of the plumbing business and not a fault. They will be much more responsive than anyone else and in the end you will be MUCH happier. All the others in the local area were all too willing to charge me $3k to $6k for a new water heater but any repair put me on the wait list. Carrboro Plumbing was out the next day and fixed everything to my satisfaction for a 10th of the cost.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Reagan and his team are the absolute BEST! Extremely professional and very hard working! Also, very intelligent! I have an old house in Durham that had serious drainage issues (old blocked terra cotta pipes, etc). Reagan immediately figured out what needed to be done to correctly solve the problem. I was very confident in his assessment. He was able to start on the job the following week, and within one week they completed tearing up my yard and installing 8 new functional underground drainage pipes that hooked up to my new downspouts and drained out to the road. They left the work site ship-shape. They worked non-stop and I was never worried about the outcome. I am so very impressed with their work that I have hired them to do my monthly lawn/yard care. Outstanding Service. I just moved into my house & system started backing up late at night. Edwin was a lifesaver and came out taking time to thoroughly analyze the situation. Frank is extremely professional, responsive and dedicated to his work. We had a problem with our door which he fixed. A separate issue related to it came up and he came back and fixed without charging. A big plus is Frank is Durham based.

CK's plumbing was very responsive and they were able to send someone out within 24 hours from when our hot water heater stopped working.
