I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

What they didn't do was the normal pitch and immediately say I needed a new unit. That's what I've come to expect these days. So, right off the bat I liked the service men.

They were down to business and did what I paid for. Can't ask for more than that.

The back office was responsive and even called me back same night when I left and after-hours message.

We'll use this group again.

Dan and his team (Don) spent two days to replace the old PolyB water supply pipes installed in 1995 for 2000 square feet single family house with Viega PEX. He listened my concerns, and provided his suggestions if needed. I can not expect more than he can offer. His service is fantastic so that the general contractor I hired for other tasks gave him the thumbs up. The drywall damage was minimum. I strongly suggest people contact his team first when you need plumbing service. At least I will !!! I wish I can give his work 6 rating if available .

Very pleased. Fair price, immediate service with 4-man crew to get 2 water heaters replaced with one in an attic. Guys were nice, polite, and concerned about keeping our house clean and not damaged.

We would like to express our gratitude to Plumbing Giant for the excellent service we received. Our plumber was punctual and friendly, taking his time to explain the process of drain clearing thoroughly and answer any questions that we had. He clearly knew his trade well and had all the necessary equipment on hand, including the spare part required to complete the job fast.

I discovered Legacy Plumbing a few years ago after being constantly ripped-off by companies that spend lots on money advertising on TV. I have found them to be incredibly professional and very reasonably priced. Over the past 2 weeks, I had a couple of incredible experiences with them that I still cannot believe. Last week, I asked them to replace my 30+ year-old sump pump that was enclosed in a basin in the floor between my washer and dryer. In the 30 year's I've owned the house it has never been serviced. Finally, fate caught up with me and it died. I knew it would be an ordeal to replace and it was. But Mike stuck with it most of the day finding an appropriate replacement, custom fitting a cover, replacing pipes, etc. I was shocked at how reasonable the bill was and I was a very satisfied customer. Earlier this week, fate struck again, and I realized that something was not right with the sump pump or associated parts. I called Legacy again and Mike returned this morning. He spent 3.5 hours diagnosing and fixing the problem which ended up being a blockage in the pipe leading into the main sewage line. When he said goodbye, I asked him to bring me the bill. He told me that he had talked with his supervisor and that there would be no charge. I was absolutely stunned because I knew how difficult this had been. He said he found a piece of plastic that blocked the line, and it MAY have been a part of the old pump that he missed. Thus, there would be no charge. If you're looking for a customer friendly, professional plumbing company with incredible integrity, Legacy Plumbing in Raleigh is incredible.

Danielle in the office is amazing and really went the extra mile, when there was confusion on my end with scheduling with my tenant- multiple times. And the work performed was great, at a good price.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

I have been in business for 12 years remodeling houses and used many different plumbers. Greene/Hunt is hands down the best plumbing company I have ever hired. They are absolute professionals and true craftsmen. They care a great deal about their work and do things right the first time. I have nothing but the utmost respect for the work these guys do and the way they treat customers. As long as I am in business, I will not consider using another plumber.

I had a problem with my Noritz tankless one morning. On the phone, Drain Express walked me through what to do but it still wouldn't work as the fix needed someone with the required expertise. Somehow I got lucky and Dickie said he could swing over soon. I was more then delighted as he quickly zeroed into the problem and even had the right part with him on hand. Most plumbers would have to order the part. The fix was done and I now have hot water again. After using so many plumbers over the years, Drain Express now goes to the top of my plumber list in my contact files. The Drain Express plumber was professional and overall a very nice guy. I will use him and highly recommend him.

Used them when they had the Ben Franklin franchise. Had a sewer line backup at the house and my regular plumber was unavailable. Called Acme since I'd used them before but was told they couldn't get to me till the next day. Not exactly what you need to hear when you can't flush, take a shower or wash your dishes. Disappointed. Maybe it was a bad day for them (I know it was for me) but I won't be calling them again.
