I want to sing the praises of Ben Lynch and Trey at Full Stack Plumbing who helped us tremendously when we had a plumbing leak. They did a great job in fixing the problem and were both professional and pleasant. Highly recommend.

This company tried to charge me $185 to literally come and place puddy in my bathtub drain. The service men did not seem very enthused in trying to determine the real source of the problem. Only, after I called the owner Jimmy did he decide to knock off $25. Still, I could not believe he was charging me $160. Then to top it all off the puddy never fixed the problem! My bathtub still leaked thru my dining room ceiling! I called the very next day and Jimmy tells me he is going to charge me yet another service charge to come out again?!!? I complained again about the price, and then he says he will not charge me a service fee, but he will have to charge me to find the source of the problem and fix it AGAIN! At this point I told Lane Plumbing that I no longer wanted to do business with him. I do not trust this company's ethics just as the last reviewer wrote. I instead called Matthew's plumbing service and the service man fixed the issue in less than an hour and I was not overcharged!

UPDATE: Matthews Plumbing is coming back to our home at no charge and worked very hard to find the source of the leak. As I stated earlier, Lane Plumbing talks a good game over the phone, but please know this company WILL overcharge their customers as the last poster and the YELP reviews state. I have yet to find such unprofessionalism in a business. The owner actually called another plumbing company to discuss the work done at my home and berate me b/c I left him a bad google review. Customers BEWARE!!!!!

Jason and Paul were excellent!! They were professional, thorough, and friendly. After diagnosing the problem, Jason made sure I knew what the charges would be for the next step, and if that didn’t work, he let me know what the next step/cost would be. Luckily the first step fixed it! Also, I was thrilled with how quickly Jason and Paul came, and the receptionist and dispatcher were also very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend Streamline, Jason, and Paul!!

After a emergency call, the technician was at our home within a few hours. The technician was nice and friendly and informative about our issues. Apparently bugs and critters like the heat the outside unit puts off, and were the reason why our Capacitor burned up, it was easily fixed. But to my surprise they charged us 514$ for a component that ranges 12$ - 150$ on line. I can understand markup of convenience and for profit, but thats just wrong . I only gave 5 stars so everyone would know how not to get robbed.

These folks are always pleasant, professional, and responsive to our problems. They do excellent work and I highly recommend them if you have plumbing issues.

The owner, William D Taylor, listened carefully to our plans and gave us expert advice that helped us reach our goals in a cost-effective way. His knowledge and skills made for a stress-free experience as he fit his work in around the work of the other tradespeople -- and he stepped up to help community members with some DIY tasks that proved more challenging than expected. We're hoping to work with him again on future projects.

Bernie repaired our garage frame, front door railings and did indoor repairs and put up curtain rods. The work was very professional and reasonably priced. He and his son are also very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend him for indoor and outdoor jobs at your home.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.
