I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Sophie came out to install the plumbing for our renovated master bath and I was totally impressed with her professionalism and skills. She was friendly, knowledgable, and I would definately be happy to have her address our plumbing needs in the future. I have a very positive attitude towards Streamline Services.

I had a system check up by ARS today 4/25/2023 between 8-12. Debbie called to tell me that Derrick was to arrive within 30 minutes and he was on time. He did a thorough check of my system inside and the unit outside. He made suggestions of things that need to be replaced soon. I appreciate his time and thorough check of my unit. He also gave me price quotes for the things that need replacing and it was not as expensive as I thought. Derrick is a great tech. ARS, Thanks for great service. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have used Faison plumbing twice in the past week. My hot water heater spewed water under house and soaked it. They were here on next business day (and would have come over weekend but not convenient for me). The owner is professional, friendly, honest and did exactly what he said... I was very pleased with the men who installed and the owner came to verify work. Sadly, I had to call them again Monday for leaking commode. He was here Tuesday at 8:30am and it was repaired by 10:00am. He was respectful of keeping my floors clean, of my dog, and left the bathroom very clean. My commode was repaired as well as pipes coming into bathroom and is working well. I am very impressed with his work, respect for my home, and professionalism. I highly recommend and felt very safe with him in my home.

I called on a Friday about my garbage disposal and spoke to lovely Maxine, and she mentioned that the earliest anyone can get to us was Wednesday which was fine by us. Then, I got a call 30 minutes later from Jeffrey saying that he will be by in an hour! That is amazing that they were able to come the same day. Jeffrey fixed my disposal in no time and gave me advice on how to prevent needing plumbing services in the future which was very helpful. From beginning to end the service was phenomenal. Thank you everyone for a great experience.

Piedmont Metro was such a great company in my experience! They have a wide range of jobs to offer and all of the workers were extremely professional as well as answering any questions that I had, efficiently and in terms that I could understand. I will definitely be calling Piedmont Metro again in the future and taking advantage of their skills!

I thought we had a relatively minor sink clog, and my DIY augering didn't fix it. I called Brown Brothers and they were able to come out the same day. They tried their auger machine, and when that failed (The whole pipe is full of crud), they were able were able to blow out the clog, and diagnose and repair a backgrade problem that had probably been with the house for 40 years.They were also cognizant and respectful of the current 'social distancing' rules while they were in the house. Well done.

Had a small repair job needed doing. Came out next day and did it. Showed up on time unlike other plumbers we tried working with.
