Just a real great operation. We needed some water heater help. They checked the issue, offered a repair, applied the fix, tested, good to go.

Thanks to Nick (and Jack!) for the professional job they did for us. We needed a new toilet and faucet installed, as well as removal of water treatment equipment. The team was on time—even early—for the estimate as well as for the job. Nick is personable and knowledgeable and everything that was done was thoroughly explained throughout the process. From making the appointment(s), to completion of the job, to the price of the job itself, we were extremely pleased. We will happily utilize the services of After Hours Plumbing again!

Service rep showed up on time, very courteous, very efficient. He checked my electrical panel, found the fuse that blew and replaced it quickly. I don't think he spent more than an hour diagnosing and fixing the problem. I was very impressed with his work and his pleasant attitude.

Pedro was great! I had a mysterious water problem in the bath that I had misdiagnosed as a more expensive repair. Pedro listened to me and then did some checking, quietly fixed the problem, told me what he did, and went on his way. A very fine level of service and competence.

We called Bernie for work done to upgrade and repair a hall bathroom. Bernie was easy to work with, was timely and flexible with scheduling when we had some delays (due to materials), and did a great job. We will definitely call on him again!

The ladies in the office at Drain Express were very helpful.  Dicky called before he came and arrived promptly.  Drain Express was fast, personable, patient and knowledgeable.  Dicky went above and beyond.  I thought the price was reasonable.  I would use Drain Express again and request one if their plumbers.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Excellent service! Called @4:15pm on a Sunday, he was at my house by 5:00 and had the issue fixed by 6:30, including a run to get parts. All for an absolutely reasonable price. Can't recommend enough.

Frank is extremely professional, responsive and dedicated to his work. We had a problem with our door which he fixed. A separate issue related to it came up and he came back and fixed without charging. A big plus is Frank is Durham based.
