Best Home Bathroom Remodel in Durham NC

Had noticed a water mark on the wood threshold leading to our master bathroom, next to the tiled shower. Checked underneath the shower and inside it and couldn't figure out its source.

Sim came out and tested several possible sources of the leak and found it to be coming from a (manufacturers') hole in the aluminum shower threshold by the hinge. Thankful to learn the source of the problem so we can fix it!!!

My experience using plumbing services started off well but then quickly went south. Brandon was very nice and I thought he did a thorough job checking for leaks. I asked for a report of all the places he checked and cleared for leaks and was promised a list by Kimberly for the next day but after a week of calling them nearly every day I still do not have a list. Another representative told me the report I have was blank because no leaks were found - but it would have been nice to have a list of the places checked because another plumber came out and found the actual leak. I am disappointed with the customer service I received following the appointment and that not all places were checked for leaks in the first place.

Came and diagnosed the problem and gave recommendations due to problem being outside their scope. It was a septic issue. Very professional and great customer service. Will use again.

Was provided with a fair quote over the phone to replace a water line in the yard, and they stuck to the quote. The price was very competitive for the work. They showed up when promised (in N. Raleigh), worked hard and focused, and completed it that day. Everyone was very polite. Very happy with the results and I will call on them again, as well as refer them to neighbors. Good business to work with.

I'm glad I called Bernie. It's become increasingly difficult to find a good, reasonable home repair person. I contacted about a half dozen vendors to repair rotted out wood and trim on my home. Some were referrals from reputable vendors like Lowe's and Home Depot. If by chance they did come out, they took notes, shook hands and said they would be in touch with an estimate. And that was the last I heard of them. Then I found Bernie. He's very pleasant, he listened, took notes, took pictures, and promptly sent a reasonable estimate. I accepted it. Then he did everything he said he was going to do with no bumps in the road. Along the way, I added some things to the original job. I was comfortable telling him to just add on to the original estimate because I could tell he cared about his work and would be fair. And he was. He was thorough, his workmanship was superior -- when two pieces of wood meet, well, he made sure there was no space between them. In fact, you can't really tell where they were spliced together. I was impressed. I offer him my highest recommendation.

Never use Sparrow & Sons !

I had three leaking toilets. Sparrow's representative came, worked less than an hour, repaired two of the three toilets by replacing flappers ($12.5), standard chrome toilet handles ($23.5), charged $260.

He cut off the water in the third toilet, said that the toilet is nonstandard, he will check in the office if they have required parts, or they will order them, or they will suggest us to replace the toilet by a new one. After five days with the toilet with no water I wrote an email to Sparrow & Sons asking what will be their next steps if any. I received an answer that they are so sorry and will let me know what is happening no later than tomorrow morning. A week later I wrote them an email again asking how thing are developing. They replied that they don't have my phone although they called me in the beginning of this story. I send them my phone and never heard from them again.

Eddie is a true angel. My hot water heater burst on Sunday during the snow storm and he came to the rescue. I called at least 15 other companies before finding him. Not only did Eddie come from Fayetteville in the snow storm he did not overcharge me for his service. Eddie was professional and kind. He called later that night to ensure I was comfortable after he left. It is hard to find honest work but you can find it with Eddie ....not only HONEST but also AFFORDABLE. Very fast and professional.

My hot water heater went one night and it was going g to take 2 weeks for someone to come fix it.. So I put it in myself but it wouldn't work. Prince Cameron out ran through the whole thing and had us with hot water within the hour of being hear. I highly recommend this company! The employees there actually care and don't treat you like your being a bother, like any other service place. Thanks guys Corry what's up

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
