I was very pleased with the work done by Carrboro Plumbing. My On Demand Hot Water Heater had never been flushed and they were recommended to do this. The plumber was safe, wore masks and shoe covers. I will recommend them to anyone.

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Clogged toilet. Full Stack Plumbing was the only service willing and able to come within 24 hours. Receptionist was pleasant and professional and even called back to apologize for not being able to fit me in sooner. They came within the scheduled window and took care of the clog.

Easily made an appointment online. Dispatcher called early to let us know when he would arrive. Travis arrived exactly at the time estimated. He quickly and thoroughly assessed our ongoing problem. Then, he did what many other plumbers have not be able to do - he actually figured out what was wrong (the underlying problem) and fixed it!! Travis was friendly, honest, and expedited the job quickly. His recommendations were very useful. He was one of the best plumbers we have ever had come out to the house!

We got three different estimates to look into a backup issue with our toilet. PK Plumbing was the only company that strongly suggested doing a camera diagnosis first. In that way we would be completely certain what the problem is and where it is located. Makes sense. Well, I'm so happy that we approached the problem that way. The diagnoses was the cheapest item on their estimate. It ended up being an issue that needed to be taken care of by the Town of Cary, as the sewage lines were backed up outside our property. We would have wasted money cleaning our pipes with the other companies. PK Plumbing even remained available to speak with the town of Cary to make sure they took care of that quickly. They were so professional, knowledgeable and caring!! I give them FIVE STARS!!

He did it very quickly! The prices are fair and Frank educated me on plumbing issues. Overall great communication and customer service.

Stopped up sewer line. Was concerned about the price. They called me the next day and promised to send camera at no charge to ensure sewer line was free and clear. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! Lot's of lip service but no follow through.
