I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. I had Tray and his plumbing crew convert my house from well water to city water. He handled the permits, came out on a Saturday to mark a spot for the city, waited patiently while the city took two months to do their work, then was done in a few days. He showed me a few issues with previous plumbing work at my house. He took care of a few of them for no charge and just added labor for what else we agreed upon. Everything was up front and clear and I didn't feel pressured.

When I was getting quotes for the job, Bull City came in at something like 35% of what was being quoted by some of the big incorporated plumbers around town. He explained that these plumbers work on commission so they are trying to set the price as high as possible. Tray was fair and transparent and communicated everything clearly.

Will definitely do all my plumbing with Bull City and I am looking to have them cover heating and air if they can provide the same level of service.

Dan and his team are prompt, professional and very thorough. I've had them complete multiple large (and small) jobs in the two homes I've owned and won't go anywhere else for my plumbing needs. His team assessed a cracked pipe in my front yard and fixed it as well as installed a new water heater recently. Dan trusts his team and then came back personally to check their work before considering the job done. Highly recommend.

I called early this morning during inclement weather. We had snow last night so the roads were covered. The hot water heater at my rental property had a bad leak. Mr. Lane was very courteous and had a technician at the house in approximately 1 hour. Once the hot water heater is installed I will come back on to review how that process went.

Bailey's was scheduled to install a dishwasher and microwave (contracted from Lowes) today. After arriving late, the plumber stated that, first, the job could not be done, then, that he couldn't do it without cutting holes in our kitchen cabinets, and finally stated that he could do the job for an additional cost. After we decided that he might not be the best person to complete this installation, he stated that he did not want to install the microwave.then denied making that statement after speaking to Lowes CPO. It makes me wonder how they can stay in business.

Our Air Conditioning unit stopped cooling our house on a very hot day. We called ARS, and a service tech, Josh Baker, came to check it out. He identified the problem and immediately laid out our options. He recommended that, since the parts needed would be ordered after the weekend, in two days, the house could be cooled in the meantime if he filled the unit with refrigerant. Slowly, but surely, with the refrigerant in the unit, our house went from 83 degrees F, to the optimum temperature of 70 degrees F.Thanks to Josh's excellent assessment of the problem and the solution, we had relief from the heat that evening. Today, Josh came back with the necessary parts, replaced the old parts, and repaired our AC unit.Thank you, Josh, and thank you, ARS!
