Best Faucet Repair / Replacement in Durham NC

David has helped diagnose and quickly resolve issues for us twice now! As new home owners, we've found it is hard to find contractors who are responsive, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. David is all of those things.

Most recently, we had sewage backing up from our downstairs shower drain - not something you want to ever experience, especially when you're nine months pregnant! David came out the next day - earlier than he originally promised - and resolved the issue within a few hours at a very reasonable rate. A true lifesaver!! Would highly recommend.

We had a leaking water heater and contacted HSA for a service arrangement. The initial estimate came out quickly from After Hours Plumbing and the drama started. The technician handed over me an estimated invoice which surprised me with over $500 charge after the warranty company's coverage. Only 3 accessories, which the warranty company claimed that they don't cover these parts, for the water heater were in the invoice. I checked the prices for those 3 parts from Home Depot and Lowe's. The total average price for all 3 parts was only about $50. The price was $375 in the invoice plus $50 installation fee. I contacted the company right away after I realized that I got ripped off with these unreasonable charges. The secretary kicked the ball to the technician, then the technician told me that the prices were determined by the owner, Mr. Jones. I requested Mr. Jones to call me back but got denied. I complained the ripped off price to the technician and secretary. Guess what I got rewarded? The secretary lied to HSA and claimed that we didn't want to pay the fee. The company demanded to receive the payment before the service. I was stuck with this company because HSA refused to change another service company for me.

Stay away from this company if you want reasonable charges and great customer services.

Did an excellent job.

I found a leak in my front yard on a Friday afternoon. They responded to my phone call immediately, they were at my house within an hour. The repair ended up requiring a new pipe installed from the street to the house. They came back the next day to complete the installation. I will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.

I would highly recommend Blantons to anyone based on my own experience, as well as the Ladies in the office were very friendly and explained anything to me I did not understand! Great customer service !

Daniel was very thorough and took time to explain to us the issue with our main line. He was very serious about having us feel comfortable and satisfied with the service. We tried a couple of other companies in the area but Lane was by far the best. It’s nice to sleep at night not having to think about our plumbing issues. Josh let me know exactly what was wrong with my unit and stressed that if I ever have a problem that someone can be sent out to my home 24/7 365 days a year. He explained I should consider replacing my 12 year old unit which I expected.He was cool enough to help me get set up with an appointment for an estimate so that someone can come check out my unit and home to see what kind of replacement I would need. I was worried that I would have to pay for the estimate so I was hesitant, but he stressed that it would be completely free. Even if I don't buy a new unit for a while I'll definitely hit up ARS if I have any issues with my current unit.
