David has helped diagnose and quickly resolve issues for us twice now! As new home owners, we've found it is hard to find contractors who are responsive, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. David is all of those things.

Most recently, we had sewage backing up from our downstairs shower drain - not something you want to ever experience, especially when you're nine months pregnant! David came out the next day - earlier than he originally promised - and resolved the issue within a few hours at a very reasonable rate. A true lifesaver!! Would highly recommend.

Replacing a kitchen faucet should be simple, but alas, I have found it very difficult to find plumbers that will work on mobile homes. Most plumbers have expected me to reinstall a whole new piping system underneath my home. When I objected, they reluctantly agreed to making simple hose connections, but with an astronomical estimated cost. Is it that hard for a plumber to connect pipes? 'After Hours Plumbing' took care of the problem without the fuss at half the cost. They are wonderful!

Responsive, professional, good communication when delayed from original expected arrival time. Good explanation of likely issue and did NOT try to oversell the problem. Turned out to be something simple, and all I owed was the consultative fee (which would have gone towards any more expensive repair). Would definitely call again.

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

Another excellent job, this time by Mike Christ from full stack Plumbing. Mike replaced and repaired all the plumbing fittings underneath my sink, and installed a new garbage disposal. Full stack was very responsive to my need for service on a short notice situation. I've been very satisfied with each of my three occasions to use full stack for my plumbing needs!

Extremely overpriced, and terrible customer service. They cut me off when explaining the work I needed done, gave me no expectation of price, instead had me make an appointment for them to come do an estimate for, which they missed twice and never apologized for. Finally did the estimate, and charged me $135 for the estimate. Came back with an estimate that was triple of another plumber. Now on the hook for $135 when they wouldn't listen to me originally on the phone or give me any expectation of price going into it.

They were able to come on Christmas Eve to fix my faucet, a last minute emergency! I was expecting guests for a huge Christmas dinner and had no water! They were prompt, professional, and very thorough. They saved me from a nightmare situation on a day when many people needed help (freezing weather, broken pipes), yet they fit me in. I’ll be using their services again!

I called on a Saturday morning as we had no hot water. Greg came out within 2 hours. He is professional and personable. He diagnosed the problem rapidly. Didn't try to up-sell us or push expensive repairs. I had fears that we would need a new water heater. While he said we might need one in the next few years, he did not urge replacement now. He also fixed a minor sink issue while he was here. I am considering signing up for the company's maintenance plan because of his careful and honest attention to our issues.

Very prompt service, they could always find time for repeat customer. This is my 2nd time hired BarD plumbing, this time for a plumbing leak. They know exactly what’s the issue without asking usual excuses. Thanks to prompt fixing of the leak.

I had another plumbing company shown up for the same issue( provided by home warranty people) . That plumber had no clue what he was talking and asked me hire a demo guy to even assess the leak , what a waste of time.

Prompt response from Gene, who called ahead to confirm appt. He was very professional, knowledgeable, very personable and wore ppe and booties to protect my floors. Repair was successfully completed in less than 1/2 hour. I will use this company again when a plumber is needed in the future.

Our plumber was punctual and friendly, taking his time to explain the process of drain clearing thoroughly and answer any questions that we had. He clearly knew his trade well and had all the necessary equipment on hand, including the spare part required to complete the job fast.

Was provided with a fair quote over the phone to replace a water line in the yard, and they stuck to the quote. The price was very competitive for the work. They showed up when promised (in N. Raleigh), worked hard and focused, and completed it that day. Everyone was very polite. Very happy with the results and I will call on them again, as well as refer them to neighbors. During a time when customer service is at an all time low, due to worker shortages and increased demand, it's incredibly refreshing to call a business, have the owner answer the phone and and have same-day availability! Mr. William arrived within an hour of my call to fix my HVAC system that was not blowing hot or cold air. He asked if I wanted to watch him repair the unit and I enthusiastically said yes! Not many people take the time to walk you through through every step of the diagnostic tests. Once he pinpointed the issues (a safety feature that cut the system off and some faulty repairs from a previous HVAC company), I was quoted a price to repair, I signed off on the work and and my unit was back to operational within the hour. The whole process was informative, transparent and easy. Then I found out he not only repairs HVAC, but also plumbing and electrical. Last but not least, I love to support locally owned and operated, Black businesses. This was an all-around great experience and I will be calling again.
