Mike and Jacob arrived at the time estimated by Full Stack, about an hour after we called for help here in Chatham County. They were courteous and professional, studied our situation (lack of hot water), and determined that the recirculation pump had been switched off inadvertently. Then they explained why a switched-off recirculation pump would cause our plumbing to deliver hot water later than it should. Thank you, Full Stack.

This company tried to charge me $185 to literally come and place puddy in my bathtub drain. The service men did not seem very enthused in trying to determine the real source of the problem. Only, after I called the owner Jimmy did he decide to knock off $25. Still, I could not believe he was charging me $160. Then to top it all off the puddy never fixed the problem! My bathtub still leaked thru my dining room ceiling! I called the very next day and Jimmy tells me he is going to charge me yet another service charge to come out again?!!? I complained again about the price, and then he says he will not charge me a service fee, but he will have to charge me to find the source of the problem and fix it AGAIN! At this point I told Lane Plumbing that I no longer wanted to do business with him. I do not trust this company's ethics just as the last reviewer wrote. I instead called Matthew's plumbing service and the service man fixed the issue in less than an hour and I was not overcharged!

UPDATE: Matthews Plumbing is coming back to our home at no charge and worked very hard to find the source of the leak. As I stated earlier, Lane Plumbing talks a good game over the phone, but please know this company WILL overcharge their customers as the last poster and the YELP reviews state. I have yet to find such unprofessionalism in a business. The owner actually called another plumbing company to discuss the work done at my home and berate me b/c I left him a bad google review. Customers BEWARE!!!!!

The technician came out when he said he would and carefully explained that what we needed was beyond his capabilities. He initially refused to charge us but my wife gave him some cash for his efforts. He was very courteous and polite. We will definitely use him again if we need the type of service he provides.

Plumber came out to fix a drip in the shower (Starkey, I believe his lapel said). We thought it might be the cartridge that needed replacing, but he showed me it was just dripping from the leftover water in the shower head. Very honest, very good at explaining the issue. Didn’t charge me for the visit.

Josh is wonderful to work with. He’s kind, considerate, timely, and easy to communicate with. He replaced both of my bathroom sink faucets, put in new water lines and also diagnosed an issue with my toilet and fixed that as well. I won’t have to hear water running and dripping in my bathroom anymore and I’m grateful. Whenever I decide to do bathroom upgrades he’ll be the plumbing professional that I call!

Rooter man is THE ONLY company to call..Anthony and Alberto came to my home when I was having a major sewer problem. I tried to fix the problem myself with no success. They took time to discuss the situation and resolved my issue Fast. I was amazed by the equipment that they had at their disposal even ran a camera in the pipes when they were done to make sure all obstructions were removed from my sewer line.
