A very nice, polite young man showed up, after dark and fixed the problem in no time! Answered all my questions and didn't act 'annoyed' by me asking things! Wonder if he gives Customer Service lessons?!?

I had a plumbing emergency over the weekend, and was able to get Sam out the next day to help. While he couldn’t solve the problem (due to no fault of his own, just happened that the blockage was on the city side of the sewer line) he was friendly, efficient, and worked hard to try to solve my problem. It was definitely expensive, but Sam was very up front and honest about the cost. And I would expect the cost for any emergency plumbing services to be relatively expensive. I appreciated the transparency, and how hard he worked to attempt to solve my problem. I would definitely call again if (Heaven forbid) I ever needed any urgent plumbing assistance.

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

My water heater went out on Friday afternoon right before a holiday weekend. I gave them a call and within a couple hours the technician and his assistant were at my house with a new water heater. They’re extremely reasonably priced and did excellent work. Top notch company!

I have used CDK many times in the past but was very disappointed with this service call and will no longer be using them for any plumbing needs. I will find another plumber who does not install upgraded parts without first informing the customer of the huge price difference.

I attempted to call a few plumbers before reaching Lane plumbing in the listings. The first few did not answer the phone mid day. When I got to Lane plumbing the phone was answered, which showed me they actually wanted business. I asked if my job was considered too small and if they did residential work. It was explained that my request could be accommodated and an approximate cost was given. I was also asked for photos so that we could be sure we were on the same page and the plumbers could be sure to be prepared. I was told that the work could be scheduled the same day or the next since it was already close to noon. I received a call within an hour or two stating that the job could be scheduled the same day and they could arrive in about an hour. They arrived right at an hour later and once I showed them the issue and gave a little more information on possible access points, they went right to work and before I knew it they were done, very quick work. The price came in as quoted and the work was efficient and great workmanship. I would recommend Lane Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing work done. I am a DIYer but definitely think this job was worth paying for.

Woke up yesterday with water shooting out of the side of my water heater that was 33 years old. Could not get a hold of other plumbers. Warren and Sons showed up within an hour. With me having to go to work, they completed the job and when I returned home at that night I was back in business. All this while we were having an all-day monsoon!

Unbelievable service and price! I highly recommend this business for any plumbing needs you may have.

Josh is wonderful to work with. He’s kind, considerate, timely, and easy to communicate with. He replaced both of my bathroom sink faucets, put in new water lines and also diagnosed an issue with my toilet and fixed that as well. I won’t have to hear water running and dripping in my bathroom anymore and I’m grateful. Whenever I decide to do bathroom upgrades he’ll be the plumbing professional that I call!

These guys can figure anything out! They seriously have their customer's best interest at heart, are honest and smart. Our basement has a sewer pump that another well-known, local company was going to charge $2,000 to vent. Drain Express found the already installed vent and fixed what was actually a very minor problem. I would call them for any job big or small. You guys are amazing. Came recommended to me by a family member and I see now for good reason. Really responsive - were able to come quickly for both the consultation and the actual repair. The plumber, Ryan, was awesome. Took the time to explain what was wrong and, after the repair, how to use/maintain the new plumbing fixtures. Pricing I thought was very fair, and I liked how everything was itemized so I could easily pick and choose. Will definitely be using them for any future work 👍

Omg. I feel as if Anthony and Alberto are part of my family. Super friendly and articulate. Answered so many of my pedestrian questions about the faucet they installed. I feel fortunate to have had them in my home to install a new kitchen faucet. Worked cheerfully and gave complete instructions on the workings of the faucet. Thank you, Anthony and Alberto. Sparrow Plumbing is an excellent company. They came over and put in a new mixing valve and trim package on my existing shower. They also did the rough in work (new water lines etc.) for a new shower. Regarding the later, they had to get a bit creative to fit it all in. These folks are fair, honest and do excellent work. Mr. Sparrow will come over and give you an estimate in advance. They have my highest recommendation.
