Pat and I want to repeat to you what a good job Out Door Plumbing did in putting in our new water line. A job that was not routine. The line you installed was 530 ft from road to house and further you needed to connect to the house without breaking through our concrete garage floor.
You said that you and your crew would put in the new water line in about 2 days. But you organized the work so it was accomplished in one day. Not only that but you left the job without any visible damage to our property. You said when completed, we would not know you had been here— and it was true!

We thank you and your crew for a faultless job and appreciate your addressing our concerns with patient explanations and kindness.

We had Total Plumbing do a chlorine treatment on our water well. They did a very good and thorough treatment and then follow up purge of the water lines. They were hard workers, knowledgeable in the complete process, and on schedule.
I would definitely recommend these guys.

My technician, Norval, fixed a problem I have suffered with for ten years and through three prior plumbers. He is my plumbing hero! Ten years ago, I had a recirculating hot water pump installed by a professional plumber, but it never seemed to deliver hot water as quickly to my kitchen sink as my similar pump had done in a previous home. So I called a different plumbing service to look at it, and he said that my timer was not set correctly. I convinced myself it was better, but it really wasn't. Third plumber looked at it and said the motor was out. That didn't make sense, so I didn't get it replaced as he recommended, and so I put up with it for another several years before a friend recommended Acme. Called Acme. They sent Norval. He explained that the original installation was not correct - that it needed a valve. He ordered the valve, came back to install it a few days later and I now smile every single time I turn on the hot water and it comes out hot!

Robbie (Tech 4169) was incredible. Was extremely thorough and walked through all of the details of what needed to happen. Not only that, but he was very careful to keep our home clean despite needing to bring some equipment into our house. Would absolutely recommend him and would reach out to him for future needs.

Jordan Plumbing was really great! We had an emergency clog that turned out to be a mainline sewer problem that they diagnosed quickly and accurately, and then fixed quickly. They're really responsive; I hadn't ever used them before and called them at 4:00 PM, and they were able to come at 8:00 AM the next day. They were professional, on-time, responsive, and charged really reasonable prices. Am planning on using them going forward, and would definitely recommend.

Replaced water line street to house. They quoted good price, started right away, worked nonstop, job well done. Would use them again.

Used their service to replace my old electrical water heater with Hybrid water heater, they did not finish their job of connecting the electrical cables to new water heater as cables were short, they left saying that an electrician has to do the job, which they did not give an estimate before starting the job.
They did not use CPVC pipes, did not put the water heater on existing stand, and they were asking for more to add extra CPCV pipes that are required for my new water heater.
Basically i can tell they were very unprofessional, but they charge as other professionals do. DON'T HIRE THEM.

A&L were recommended to me by a neighbor years ago and I used them for labor intensive outdoor job tracking down clog and installing new clean out and drainage pipe in yard. Professional and reasonable. Recommended in turn to several friends and neighbors.

Erik Bradley came to my elderly mother’s home when she called and said she didn’t have hot water. He said she would need a new hot water heater and that it would cost between $4200 and $6200. My mother called me crying. I reminded her that she had a new water heater installed just a few years ago and to look up her paperwork. She did and found the warranty. She said Erik didn’t say much to that, but came back later to figure out which water heater she would need. When Erik called to schedule for the next day and I answered the phone, it seemed he could not hang up fast enough. I tried to ask him questions about what he saw, but he hung up on me.I wasn’t there when he was with my mother but she said he was very nice to her (which I appreciate very much), but I couldn’t believe how much he was wanting to charge for a new water heater.The people who installed the water heater 3 years ago came today and replaced one pipe and one gasket (at no charge) and my mother has hot water.
