These guys are excellent. I have had them replace a faucet and a garbage disposal. They also replaced my water heater. They are prompt and their techs are great!

PlumbServe has been wonderful to work with. They are responsive with scheduling inquiries, able to come quickly, communicate well, and are extremely professional. We worked with Shawn, and he worked hard to diagnose our problem, and help us find a solution when the issue wasn’t straight forward. He also took time to explain to us what the issues were and how we can address them in the future. So appreciated his time, expertise, and patience. This was our first time using this company, but they have earned our trust. We would definitely call them again, and recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

What they didn't do was the normal pitch and immediately say I needed a new unit. That's what I've come to expect these days. So, right off the bat I liked the service men.

They were down to business and did what I paid for. Can't ask for more than that.

The back office was responsive and even called me back same night when I left and after-hours message.

We'll use this group again.

I have nothing but praise for this company and especially for Ken. Our hot water heater broke one week before Christmas. A friend recommended Ken personally. I called him onTuesday night and my hot water heater was replaced by noon the following day. He matched the quote given to me by another company, which was very reasonable. I would highly recommend not just this company but Ken Macadam!! He is the best!!

Trey and his team are reliable, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. They have a background in knowing old homes and how to fix troublesome plumbing problems, including modernizing to current standards.

I called CDK to fix a leak over our screened in porch and under our master bath. They came out the next day and found the issue. Unfortunately we couldn't fix immediately as the weather was still below freezing so Dan recommended we wait until warmer. We did, and they fixed in about an hour. Great service! Great customer service! They will now have all of my plumbing business moving forward! i highly recommend these folks! They are a small local independently owned company as well. BONUS!

They were able to come on Christmas Eve to fix my faucet, a last minute emergency! I was expecting guests for a huge Christmas dinner and had no water! They were prompt, professional, and very thorough. They saved me from a nightmare situation on a day when many people needed help (freezing weather, broken pipes), yet they fit me in. I’ll be using their services again!

Ron can Zach came to wire my doorbell and they were courteous, efficient and quick. I’m using this company again for all my utilities.

Their quote was pretty pricey for what I needed but they were polite and punctual
