Best Commercial Water Heater in Durham NC

We recently had a tricky plumbing issue with our hot water system. Mark, Corey and Chris worked with us until the problem was figured out and resolved. They are very professional and responsive and we would not use anyone else for our plumbing needs!

Had a pipe burst in the ceiling wall when I came home from work late at night. Called Plumbing Services of Raleigh the very next day and talked to David, and he literally showed up 7 minutes later. No Joke. He located the broken pipe, and explained the situation in detail about why it happened and answered all of my questions. I was actually exhausted from the night before (from being waterless) and had not thought much about the pricing, but it was very competitive. It was a great surprise since I've used other plumbing companies before. Can't say thank you enough.

Both Matt & Joey arrived at the time they said, very professional and asked questions to better help them. Work was quick and no mess was left. We even shared a lil moment about cars lol. Thanks again Matt & Joey..

We woke up to a cold shower- not a great thing! After a couple of attempts ourselves to relight the pilot on the water heater we decided to call a plumber. I called our heating/AC guy and he referred PlumbServe. I spoke with PlumbServe receptionist & she assured me she would get someone to help us that same day. Within an hour I received a call from Sam. Sam and his teammate Seth showed up on time, were very professional and friendly. We were immediately put at ease. They went to work and identified the problem within just a few minutes!!! They performed some long overdue maintenance as well and got it back up working in no time! Extremely overpriced, and terrible customer service. They cut me off when explaining the work I needed done, gave me no expectation of price, instead had me make an appointment for them to come do an estimate for, which they missed twice and never apologized for. Finally did the estimate, and charged me $135 for the estimate. Came back with an estimate that was triple of another plumber. Now on the hook for $135 when they wouldn't listen to me originally on the phone or give me any expectation of price going into it.

They were able to come on Christmas Eve to fix my faucet, a last minute emergency! I was expecting guests for a huge Christmas dinner and had no water! They were prompt, professional, and very thorough. They saved me from a nightmare situation on a day when many people needed help (freezing weather, broken pipes), yet they fit me in. I’ll be using their services again!

Nate was amazing. I mentioned that I need an electrician and he called the office, and set up someone to come out in just a few days. Because that was “discovered” by while on a service call, I won’t have to pay the service fee😃. I highly recommend Streamline.

I would not recommend because they don't clean your coils. I had a blower under warranty but they charged $539.00 for installation that took less than 10 minutes to do.

Dalton of Bar D was great to work with during our replacing kitchen sink and disposal. We had a couple of unanticipated problems which Dalton handled efficiently and with a good attitude. We will definitely call Bar D with any future plumbing problems.

These guys are awesome. Responded within hours of my first call. We had no water and needed a new well pump. Very professional and polite.. Completed the job without cutting corners. I highly recommend.

I normally don't post reviews of companies but Warren and Sons was such a pleasure to work with. I had them come out today to troubleshoot what happened to my well and he started with the least expensive solution first but when that didn't work he called me to discuss further options. He was not only pleasant to speak to, but he answered all of my questions and he's reasonably priced. I will be using him a lot more in the future for sure!
