Chris from Carrboro Plumbing is a very competent and reliable plumber that took care of several plumbing issues in our home. He is also courteous and pleasant. We will very definitely call upon his excellent services when we need a plumber in the future.

I called them at 715 am and they were here before 9am. Polite and professional pulled out my old water heater in the attic and replaced it in less than 3 hours. Top shelf service.

We called After Hours because our water heater wasn't working. He called me to let me know GPS showed he was 15 minutes away, and showed up at that time. He was fast and efficient. He was able to relight the pilot and did so without charge! AND he told me that if it went out again, it meant that a particular part was bad. He put notes in our file and pictures and serial numbers, so that if we called again, they'd know exactly what we needed and could bring it with them when they came out. I was very impressed with the service and courtesy. Definitely recommend!!!!!

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

CW showed up on Saturday morning and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest, and very friendly. CW was able to help us out with a blockage in our drains due to roots. He knew exactly what to do, identified the issue, resolved the situation, and got us back up in running in no time. We have had issues with other plumbing companies in the past. He truly cares about he’s doing and got us back to normal. We are not going anywhere else for any plumbing needs. Thank you, CW!

They were prompt, professional, and very thorough. They saved me from a nightmare situation on a day when many people needed help (freezing weather, broken pipes), yet they fit me in. Josh helped fix my thermostat that had a no power error. He came out within an hour of my initial call and fixed it shortly after. Very courteous, professional and explained everything to me very well. He also looked at my HVAC system and gave me suggestions for things he thought may be an issue sometime soon.

I normally don't post reviews of companies but Warren and Sons was such a pleasure to work with. I had them come out today to troubleshoot what happened to my well and he started with the least expensive solution first but when that didn't work he called me to discuss further options. He was not only pleasant to speak to, but he answered all of my questions and he's reasonably priced. I will be using him a lot more in the future for sure!
