The first time that I used Carrboro Plumbing was when they were the only plumbers to come out on a pouring Sunday evening to replace my water heater that had busted and was leaking. They dragged a new water heater though the mud, in the dark, in the heavy rain.
Through the years they have fixed all of my plumbing issues with excellence, intelligence, and politeness. They have been on time and clean up nicely. When unforeseen problems have come up they have calmly found solutions and finished the job. Recently Carrboro Plumbing fixed a water pressure issue that 3 plumbing companies and the County of Chatham could not diagnose or make better. I now have the best pressure I have ever had in the 15 years that I have lived in my house.Before that it was pathetic. They also found 2 leaks that were raising my water bill and stopped septic water that had been backing up in 2 sinks from poorly placed pipes.
I have never regretted calling or being dissatisfied with Carrboro Plumbing. I recommend them without reservation.

David has been my go-to plumber for some time now, as he has been incredibly responsive, thorough and reasonably priced. When my hot water heater burst, he was out to my house same day to assess the issue and a new water heater was installed the same day. When someone else worked on some of my appliances and hooked them up incorrectly, David was there the same day to fix their mistakes. Now, my home is under contract and there were a couple of items from the inspection report that need repair. And without fail, David is quick to come out, assess the items, and complete the repairs for me. I cannot recommend him highly enough! His is a number to keep stored in your cell phone for when you need a local plumber!

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

They were able to come on Christmas Eve to fix my faucet, a last minute emergency! I was expecting guests for a huge Christmas dinner and had no water! They were prompt, professional, and very thorough. They saved me from a nightmare situation on a day when many people needed help (freezing weather, broken pipes), yet they fit me in. I’ll be using their services again!

Allen did a great job and is one of the more honest and easy to work with craftsmen i have met. I really knows his craft and has all the soft skills required, which is refreshing in this day and age. Highly recommended and i'll be calling and asking for him next time i need plumbing work done.

Heat pump stopped working. Called ARS Sunday morning at 9 AM. Rich arrived at 10 AM and quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the options and cost, and got to work repairing the unit. He was very professional. The cost was higher than I had anticipated but the swift repair was worth it when it’s hitting 90+ degrees every day!

I can't say enough good things about Dalton and Bar D Plumbing. This is the 4th time I have called them and they never disappoint. Dalton is amazing and the best at what he does! Very courteous, friendly, professional and really knows what he is doing. Our latest issue was our 19 year old water heater that finally died. I was freaking out when we found water all over the garage. I called them right away and Jamie was able to send Dalton, who luckily was in the area, to check it out. Two days later I had a brand new water heater installed. They are truly the best in the business and take wonderful care of their clients. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. It is a company I feel you can really trust and rely on and those are very hard to find these days.
