I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

On time, diagnosed/verified the problem, explained it to me, and fixed it for a fair price. I would use Full Stack again!

Brian is the best. I am a new owner of an older home and Brian is a trusted resource as I get my home fixed up. He came to do the repairs found in the inspection but has done a lot more since. Everything he does is really well done. He is always on time and even fit me in with a plumbing emergency. Look no further.

I called CDK to fix a leak over our screened in porch and under our master bath. They came out the next day and found the issue. Unfortunately we couldn't fix immediately as the weather was still below freezing so Dan recommended we wait until warmer. We did, and they fixed in about an hour. Great service! Great customer service! They will now have all of my plumbing business moving forward! i highly recommend these folks! They are a small local independently owned company as well. BONUS!

We had a pipe burst in our finished basement during the evening. The receptionist (I forgot her name - Sorry!) was very helpful and caring in all of our interactions with her over the next 3 days. Mr. Lane even answered the phone himself a couple of times, and recommended some restoration folks to handle the cleanup! Nelson arrived first thing the next day, and the following day to make repairs and replace several corroded fittings. The problems just kept growing, due to the poor original construction of our home's plumbing (brass fittings on well water). It became a monstrous project and he took it all in stride. He was terrific! We then discovered several more corroded fittings and Lane sent Daniel out on the third day. Daniel was especially outstanding in every way, helping us find all the corroded fittings that we could possibly gain access to. He also suggested some other fixes to help us avoid problems in the future. It was a HUGE undertaking for both servicemen, but they both performed exceptionally well with their knowledge, kindness, professionalism, patience, and expertise. Three days sounds like a long time, but they both worked quickly and efficiently. It was just an incredibly tedious job as we got further into it. They probably replaced 50 or 60 fittings that were all corroding badly and in danger of bursting like the first one. They were more than willing to do the job, and do it RIGHT the first time, even as we kept finding more problems. They cleaned up well after themselves and were very courteous. Lane Plumbing is now on our speed dial for any future problems or regular maintenance. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

A technician from Joseph Rose Plumbing came out to our home a few weeks ago in conjunction with flood restoration efforts. He was super friendly, personable, efficient, clean, cared about our story and went above & beyond in working on our main level bathroom. And icing on the cake he was perfectly comfortable with our dog, Teddy! It was such a breath of fresh air. Will definitely be calling Joseph Rose Plumbing for any future needs!

First off..... I didn't realize it at first, but I am extremely happy that they are Veteran owned. After serving in the Marine Corps for 12 years, I pride myself in doing business with one of my own as much as possible. Second.....Victor was freakin awesome!!!! Extremely professional and very respectful of my home by not only putting on shoes covers each time he entered, but also offering me to accompany him throughout the repair. He walked me through every literal step he took and showed me how he was fixing my issue. I learned so much about my system that two home inspectors didn't mention or let me know were issues. I immediately signed up and paid for my routine annual maintenance because after today I refuse to go with another company. I love the approach and direction Streamline Services is going with the way they provide customer service and how they provide service. I will definitely be recommending them to every homeowner I know and again thank them for such fast and professional service. I rarely post reviews but I had to make it a point to do this one because I was thoroughly impressed.
