inquired about having a clog issue with in the first week of moving into an older (new to us) home. understood the process of the diag charge for them to come out & that they waive it if you have a service done. what i did not expect, was to be told after an hour of trying to unclog our lines, that it would be at least $750 to unclog the line and then be told that their hydrojetter was down for maintenance. to then be up-charged another $400 for the larger drain machine the still could not solve our issue. They did not offer to come back once their jetter was up & running, and also charged a $25 credit card fee that showed in receipt but was not expressed up front, in which case we could have just written them a check to avoid. very expensive and disappointing. had to have Faison Plumbing Plus come out with their jetter and actually fix our problem for another ~$400. we need several thousands of dollars worth of old plumbing replaced and we will not be using this company.

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Called them in a panic over a leak and they were super helpful getting me scheduled the same day around my work appts. Quick and professional; explained everything as they went along. Highly recommend.

I called CDK yesterday to see if they could come fix a line under a sink at our business. Dan (the owner) came in 15 minutes and then fixed the issue in minutes. Clearly knew what he was doing and had a ton of experience. Clean cut, polite, and professional. He also gave us quick estimate for some additions we were considering and clearly explained the scope and variables of the work. Will definitely call again for our business and home.

Josh is a fantastic plumber. Super professional, polite, and great at what he does. Really strong work ethic, and more timely and helpful than practically any contractor I've used — certainly the best plumber we've had. He works to get your price down on parts, he wants you to feel comfortable while he's there, and he takes pride in doing a good job with thorough cleanup. Use Dynamic Plumbing if you live anywhere near Mebane. Oh, and he shows up when he says he will!

These guys are AMAZING. I had a very concerning issue occur late afternoon. Called them and they were here very quickly. Seriously nice guy fixed things as good as possible and made an appointment to install the new appliance in a day. Lovely people to work with.

Rooter man is THE ONLY company to call..Anthony and Alberto came to my home when I was having a major sewer problem. I tried to fix the problem myself with no success. They took time to discuss the situation and resolved my issue Fast. I was amazed by the equipment that they had at their disposal even ran a camera in the pipes when they were done to make sure all obstructions were removed from my sewer line. Had a sewer line backup. Called Roto-Rooter after calling two other plumbers. One told me his machine was broken and he was waiting for a part and the other wasn't able to show up till the next day unless they had a cancellation. Roto-Rooter responded in a little over hour and quickly resolved the problem. Tim, the tech, was pleasant and understanding and respected our property.

Wallace is an expert plumber. He is fair and honorable. His work is excellent. I once had another plumber do some work for me and I regretted it. Wallace has to redo it! Wallace Chambers is an excellent plumber and his prices are fair!
