Wonderful experience, could not say enough positive comments regarding the experience. When my grandmother passed away, they assisted us on time and expeditiously.

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Mike was a professional and courteous technician. He wore a mask and took off his shoes when doing our disposal and water filter install in our new home. We have used Full Stack twice now and highly recommend them. Punctual and quick service with reasonable prices.

Dan and his team are prompt, professional and very thorough. I've had them complete multiple large (and small) jobs in the two homes I've owned and won't go anywhere else for my plumbing needs. His team assessed a cracked pipe in my front yard and fixed it as well as installed a new water heater recently. Dan trusts his team and then came back personally to check their work before considering the job done. Highly recommend.

Great service and customer care

Service was great! Only complaint is the scheduler/dispatch overbooked our plumber and they were unable to supply the plumber in the time window mentioned. However, it was worth the wait.

After all other avenues failed, roto-rooter sent a technician to help us look for our lost cat in our crawlspace. Above and beyond service
