I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

Called them over the Christmas to NYE week (when many other plumbing companies were entirely closed) and they promptly fit us in to their schedule. They came out and quickly assessed and diagnosed our hot water heater issue (leak/corrosion).
They returned the next business day after NYE and very quickly removed and replaced our hot water heater. It was actually less expensive than the emergency replacement we had just four years earlier (for an inferior product).
They were polite, professional and very efficient.
They'll likely be my go-to plumbers.

CDK plumbing is fabulous! I highly recommend them. We have been dealing with water heater and hot water issues since building our house 2.5 years ago. CDK was our third plumber and Dan was able to diagnose the problem immediately and worked with us to resolve the issue which involved a new water heater and recirculation pump. And the underlying issue was something the builder's plumber should have been aware of + the inspector who didn't catch it.

Joshua was prompt and professional, clearly explained to problem and solution. Will use Rotor-rooter for all my future needs.

Josh is a fantastic plumber. Super professional, polite, and great at what he does. Really strong work ethic, and more timely and helpful than practically any contractor I've used — certainly the best plumber we've had. He works to get your price down on parts, he wants you to feel comfortable while he's there, and he takes pride in doing a good job with thorough cleanup. Use Dynamic Plumbing if you live anywhere near Mebane. Oh, and he shows up when he says he will!

The ladies in the office at Drain Express were very helpful.  Dicky called before he came and arrived promptly.  Drain Express was fast, personable, patient and knowledgeable.  Dicky went above and beyond.  I thought the price was reasonable.  I would use Drain Express again and request one if their plumbers.

Omg. I feel as if Anthony and Alberto are part of my family. Super friendly and articulate. Answered so many of my pedestrian questions about the faucet they installed. I feel fortunate to have had them in my home to install a new kitchen faucet. Worked cheerfully and gave complete instructions on the workings of the faucet. Thank you, Anthony and Alberto. You are a great duo!!!

Sparrow Plumbing is an excellent company. They came over and put in a new mixing valve and trim package on my existing shower. They also did the rough in work (new water lines etc.) for a new shower. Regarding the later, they had to get a bit creative to fit it all in. These folks are fair, honest and do excellent work. Mr. Sparrow will come over and give you an estimate in advance. They have my highest recommendation.

Had low pressure in my house, and after having a different company come out without resolving, I called Roto-Rooter so see if they could give me a second opinion. They completely missed my original appointment window by almost 3 hours, so I rescheduled for the following day. Austin S came out, made a quick assessment, tweaked my PRV slightly, and the issue was resolved in 5 minutes (note that the prior plumbing team actually made it worse by doing the opposite).Giving this review 5-stars only because of Austin's professionalism, thoroughness, and attention, and not because of Roto-Rooter in general (probably more like 3 stars for making me waste an entire afternoon for a missed appointment).

Fast, Thorough, great service. I'm sure there is cheaper out there but you get what you pay for and with these folks you get great service done fast.

My outside hose was stuck and I tried to remove it, but it didn't matter how careful I was, I still broke the copper pipe. I was able to book them the next day, they were professional and reasonably priced. Will definitely use their services again.

Have used A and A Plumbing on several occasions and have always been very pleased with his work. I highly recommend him whether installing new work or repairing old plumbing.

The guys were prompt, efficient, courteous and genuinely interested in making sure our problem was solved. Arranging for Todd Bryant to come photo our drain the next day so we could refer to our town to address their problem. I should also add that the dispatcher was awesome too. Net - our experience was very good, and all 4 staff members we interfaced with were great.
