Our AC unit serving our bedroom was not functioning on a very hot Saturday. Various technicians we called either did not respond or would not work on Saturday. .However ARS did respond and sent an outstanding technician,Michael Holmes.He arrived at our home (a gated community in Chapel Hill) very promptly.He diagnosed our problem quickly. It needed a new circuit board (quite an expensive , specialized item)- He did not have to order one, he had it on his truck! It took a while to install it and to make sure that all was working. We will be sleeping in a cool bedroom tonight!

These folks are always pleasant, professional, and responsive to our problems. They do excellent work and I highly recommend them if you have plumbing issues.

to complete my septic install/modification. They clearly know what they're doing and are very fairly priced. They left the work site as clean as can be. Hard-working, responsive, on time guys. The ladies in the office at Drain Express were very helpful.  Dicky called before he came and arrived promptly.  Drain Express was fast, personable, patient and knowledgeable.  Dicky went above and beyond.  I thought the price was reasonable.  I would use Drain Express again and request one if their plumbers.

Wayne Newsome and Andi Cruz came to my property this afternoon very knowledgeable, helpful and efficient with fixing our plumbing problems. 10/10 recommend their service and in the future we will be using their company.

Used their service to replace my old electrical water heater with Hybrid water heater, they did not finish their job of connecting the electrical cables to new water heater as cables were short, they left saying that an electrician has to do the job, which they did not give an estimate before starting the job.
They did not use CPVC pipes, did not put the water heater on existing stand, and they were asking for more to add extra CPCV pipes that are required for my new water heater.
Basically i can tell they were very unprofessional, but they charge as other professionals do. DON'T HIRE THEM.
