Best Burst Pipe Repair in Durham NC

My husband and I noticed a high pitched screech coming from our water heater under the house when we turned on a faucet in the house. We called a few places but they were either booked up or didn't answer their phones. We contacted After Hours and they were thankfully able to come out the very next day! We were really worried about it getting worse with the Hurricane weather on the way and we were so thankful they could fit us in so quickly. Matt was so wonderful to work with. He took the time to explain to us what was happening and what we would need to fix the problem. When we discovered that our Home Warranty wouldn't cover the replacement parts, Matt told us what he recommended we replace and what could wait a little while to help with our budget. This was our first time using After Hours and we can tell why it is so highly rated. We had a wonderful first experience and will definitely call them if we have any other plumbing or water heater needs.

Was provided with a fair quote over the phone to replace a water line in the yard, and they stuck to the quote. The price was very competitive for the work. They showed up when promised (in N. Raleigh), worked hard and focused, and completed it that day. Everyone was very polite. Very happy with the results and I will call on them again, as well as refer them to neighbors.
