Called on a Monday morning because we had no water. They provided a time they could arrive the same day and were right on time. Spent 15 minutes at our home, changed our filter, diagnosed the problem, and charged us a minimal fee to fix our problem. Incredibly honest, on time, reliable, and dependable. Not only will I use them in the future, but I've shared their contact information with everyone I know. When you find a trustworthy business you definitely appreciate it.

I made an appointment with Bizzy Bee Plumbing yesterday and I was told that someone would be at my house at 8 am. I contacted them at 8:25 am and then was told that we give a 2 hour window for the plumber to show up. I would have never agreed to a 2 hour window especially when I had an appointment at noon. Lack of communication on Bizzy Bee's part. If I was told about the 2 hour window I would have scheduled a different time. I cannot comment on their services. Very annoyed that I was not given the correct information as I wasted time waiting for them to come. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
