Excellent service and great pricing. We had a leak in our crawl space and we couldn’t pinpoint the source. Jeff found the source (hall tub/shower) within a minute. While checking out the inside, I mentioned our toilet that doesn’t flush well and the one in the primary that recently started making noise. He quickly and efficiently repaired both and saved us what could have been a very high water bill. Definitely five star service!

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

**CUSTOMER ADVISORY**

If you're considering hiring Full Stack Plumbing, a word of advice: DO NOT sign their Acknowledgement Paragraph or their Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement!

If my experience is their standard practice, you'll be presented with those forms on an iPad for signature, after the work is done and with no advance time to read the documents or determine whether the work actually was satisfactorily completed. For most plumbing work, and particularly work on a sewer line (as in my situation), there's no way to know at that moment whether the work was properly and satisfactorily completed. Until there's been a chance to use the plumbing, any unresolved problems will be undiscovered.

The Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement is particularly overreaching. It purports to be a waiver of ALL claims against Full Stack and its employees for ANY damage, loss or injury caused by ANYTHING they did, including as a result of their gross negligence. It also says it's a waiver of the right to bring any claim or lawsuit or seek any damages for any loss caused by Full Stack. So, according to their form, they could act in a grossly negligent manner, or intentionally cause damage, and they'd claim they're not responsible. I've dealt with a lot of contractors and contractor waivers over the years, and this is the most overreaching form I've seen.

If you're dissatisfied with Full Stack's work (as I was), and later try to reach a settlement, they'll point to their documents and say they have no obligation to resolve the situation. When you tell them you'll dispute a charge with your credit card company (a consumer's right under federal credit policies), they'll threaten to sue you. Apparently, their waiver of the right to bring legal claims only goes one way.

Full Stack came twice to clear a root ball in our main sewer line using hydrojetting equipment (they said their root cutting equipment was broken), but failed to eliminate the roots (see photos below). After their first visit, they failed to properly re-connect a sewer cleanout, resulting in a sewage spill in the forest. They charged an exorbitant amount for those two visits, without providing any estimate in advance, just a total presented at the end (their explanation for the high charge was that hydrojetting equipmenet is expensive). I then called Roto-Rooter, which was able to quickly remove the roots from the sewer line, and its bill was 1/3 the amount Full Stack charged.

There are plenty of plumbing options to choose from. If you decide to hire Full Stack, don't sign their overreaching and questionable documents!

Lane Plumbing came out to my home to fix a Pressure Reducing Valve. Daniel the technician was great from the start and noticed an additional problem that we had at our cut off. He pointed this out to me before doing any work, explained in clear detail and showed me the evidence to support his findings. They were competitively priced and efficient with their work. I highly recommend RTZ and its owner Reagan Thomas. He is smart, professional, and tidy. He responded immediately by phone and gave us a quote within a day. The work was completed in 2 weeks. With all the rain in our area, normally it would take months to schedule companies. Ours was a small job which many contractors avoid, but not Reagan. His price for our French drain that included cutting across our paved driveway was extremely competitive. We also asked him to bid on an adjacent project: rebuilding a storm outlet. We were losing our driveway to sinkholes! Reagan did both projects in 2 days while we were away. We were blown away by how tidy he left the area and how professional the job was done. Again, we highly recommend Reagan for any drainage issue. He knows his stuff and does it right!
