Chris Kreutzer, owner of Carrboro Plumbing, recently came to my home at 6 p.m. on a Friday to repair a cracked supply line at one of the toilets, which was leaking on the hardwood floor. At my request, he also replaced the similar lines on the other two toilets, plus one old fill valve and an angle stop, and he adjusted one other fill valve. Chris was very efficient, completing all the work in one hour, and he is exceptionally knowledgeable, intelligent, courteous and competent. In short, he and Carrboro Plumbing provided everything one could want in plumbing service in exemplary fashion; in addition, his charge for the occasion was very reasonable. I highly recommend Carrboro Plumbing!

We called After Hours because our water heater wasn't working. He called me to let me know GPS showed he was 15 minutes away, and showed up at that time. He was fast and efficient. He was able to relight the pilot and did so without charge! AND he told me that if it went out again, it meant that a particular part was bad. He put notes in our file and pictures and serial numbers, so that if we called again, they'd know exactly what we needed and could bring it with them when they came out. I was very impressed with the service and courtesy. Definitely recommend!!!!!

PlumbServe was recommended to us by a neighbor a few years ago when we were looking to have a tankless hot water heater installed. They did a great and conscientious job on the install and have been servicing the hot water heater for a clean-out each year since. I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Great company that is familiar with the quirks of an older home. I've used them over three houses - they've inspected plumbing, installed gas appliances, repaired/replaced things as needed. Everyone has been friendly, honest and knowledgeable. They give upfront estimates and tidy up after themselves. The owner is very responsive. I had a very slow leak from a water heater - the owner messaged me on a Friday evening to see if I needed someone out on Saturday vs. Monday. The text reminders for appointments/billing makes life so much easier.

I called for help and within an hour, unscheduled, they were here and fixed our issue. Excellent service.

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
