Repairman came very late and the issue was not resolved. If he had come on time he would have seen the issue. Thermostat was set to 75 but it was 65 in the house. This is a new unit installed by the same company. I have a child in the house.

During a time when customer service is at an all time low, due to worker shortages and increased demand, it's incredibly refreshing to call a business, have the owner answer the phone and and have same-day availability! Mr. William arrived within an hour of my call to fix my HVAC system that was not blowing hot or cold air. He asked if I wanted to watch him repair the unit and I enthusiastically said yes! Not many people take the time to walk you through through every step of the diagnostic tests. Once he pinpointed the issues (a safety feature that cut the system off and some faulty repairs from a previous HVAC company), I was quoted a price to repair, I signed off on the work and and my unit was back to operational within the hour. The whole process was informative, transparent and easy. Then I found out he not only repairs HVAC, but also plumbing and electrical. Last but not least, I love to support locally owned and operated, Black businesses. This was an all-around great experience and I will be calling again.

I would give no stars if I could. They did a horrible job of installing a shower faucet, took way longer than they were supposed to during installation, charged way more than they quoted, and have not responded to me regarding fixing the faucet (the handle will no longer stay on). Now their phone is disconnected and BBB says they are filing bankruptcy.

We live in an older neighborhood where many houses have developed drainage problems with flooded basements, dampness, etc. Neighbors tried many services (anyone with a backhoe or shovel can bill himself as a drainage expert), and most attempted fixes were inexpensive, but ineffective. Drain Express is far from the cheapest, but the quality of the work is high and completed on time. If there is a continuing issue, they are easy to reach and prompt to remedy any work for which they are responsible. In the long run, Drain Express is definitely worth what they charge and in the long run the quality of the work easily makes up for any initial difference in cost. Drain Express is a family-run business, and Dickie takes pride in his work and is the most knowledgeable plumber I've dealt with in our 45 years in this house.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Jordan Plumbing did all the plumbing on our new structure. Instant electric water heater, dish washer, septic with pump up hill as well as all the usual plumbing. Prompt, efficient, responsive and providing high quality work. I highly recommend him and his staff.

Reagan and his team are the absolute BEST! Extremely professional and very hard working! Also, very intelligent! I have an old house in Durham that had serious drainage issues (old blocked terra cotta pipes, etc). Reagan immediately figured out what needed to be done to correctly solve the problem. I was very confident in his assessment. He was able to start on the job the following week, and within one week they completed tearing up my yard and installing 8 new functional underground drainage pipes that hooked up to my new downspouts and drained out to the road. They left the work site ship-shape. They worked non-stop and I was never worried about the outcome. I am so very impressed with their work that I have hired them to do my monthly lawn/yard care. Two days before Christmas my garbage disposal and pipes under my sink just fell apart. Dustin was at my house within two hours and had a new garbage disposal installed, everything working, and even checked a few things for me as a courtesy, like my water heater and water pressure. I appreciated his prompt response, his courteous demeanor, and the fact that he got everything fixed in time for Christmas!

Used their service to replace my old electrical water heater with Hybrid water heater, they did not finish their job of connecting the electrical cables to new water heater as cables were short, they left saying that an electrician has to do the job, which they did not give an estimate before starting the job.
They did not use CPVC pipes, did not put the water heater on existing stand, and they were asking for more to add extra CPCV pipes that are required for my new water heater.
Basically i can tell they were very unprofessional, but they charge as other professionals do. DON'T HIRE THEM.
