Same day service, checked a couple different things before making a determination so that I didn’t have to pay for repairs that wouldn’t be needed. The guys were very nice, professional and quick. Will definitely call again for future problems!

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Mr. Bailey was called to replace my garbage disposal. However, he determined my gd was simply clogged and did not need to be replaced. Talk about honest, i had replacement ready for installation, but he said why spend the money, when my current disposal works? He was competent, professional and pleasant.
