Best A/C System Repair in Anchorage AK

I’m late at giving these guys credit for awesome service. But it never fails, when my husband goes hunting my heat goes out and every time they have been prompt and amazing. They are currently plumbing and doing the HVAC in our addition. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Amazing!

Anchorage Plumbing & Heating is a THIEF. This company was hired by my contractor to reroute a vent and small amount of line connecting on the on/off valve to our bathtub so we could remove a wall between the bathtub and shower. The contractor spent less than 1.5 hrs and tried to charge $900 [a full days work]. Easy job! They also did not inspect before they left and my contractor caught work that was not complete and that would have cost more money later and had them fix the issue - -> I see where APH responded to a review below that they charge $135/hr. The job should have only cost ~$275-$325 as supplies used were less than $20 and time. I have other work that needs to be done and Anchorage Plumbing & Heating has lost my business and I am sure they've lost my contractors business too.

They are absolutely wonderful people. They also are very good about getting things done quickly and professionally and they example everything they do and make sure you understand what was going on.

I used this company to repair a leaky valve at the washing machine connection. It wouldn't turn off even when off. They arrived early and were very communicative. Graham had to cut through the dry wall, cut the pipe, replace the valve entirely and solder to fox the problem. I was expecting a much larger bill than was handed. I just moved here from out of state and have lived all over the West Coast. The price was very fair. Will use again for any similar needs in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Flow Star Plumbing and Heating and they were informative, professional and competitively priced. I was given several install options for what I needed and was able to end up with a solution that worked for my budget. Will be doing business with them again in the near future.

I can highly recommend this place. I needed my drain cleaned and scoped. I had another company quote me over five times the price. Chugach did a great job, I would hire them again in a heartbeat. They were professional, gave me a digital copy of the video of my clean drain. The cleaning was excellent. Drain looks great. Most importantly, they were honest. They didn't try to upsell me on expensive and unnecessary repairs.

Very happy with the service from Burton Repair. First call was to replace a toilet and valve. We liked the work so much, we called back for repair of both garage doors. I was surprised at the variety of problems they repair.

We had our line backup on the weekend... the guy came out and snaked it... less then 72 hours later the problem came back... The second guy who came out was very gracious and apologetic, explaining what the first guy didn't do and what he should have done to resolve the issue in the first place... The fact that Denali Sewer & Drain did not try to double charge us, explained to us what the issue was, and how it should have been resolved in the first place, is the reason I gave them an Excellent rating. It's one thing for someone to make a mistake and not fix the problem... we all make mistakes... But it's refreshing to find a company that's willing to go out of their way to fix the problem correctly once they know all the facts, be apologetic about it, not make up excuses, and go out of their way to make sure your issue is resolved to your satisfaction. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Wonderful service! Complete heating system replacement functioning and working properly. Was done in an accurate and timely fashion.

We spent $850 dollars with this company over a persistent clog in the downstairs toilet of our new home. After getting a second (verified) opinion it became apparent our plumber had neglected to tell us the sewer line wasn’t connected to anything.

Man I pay you guy's to fix my toilet full prize....then you guy's turn around charge me 400$ just to put my toilet back on you all removed it and that what we agreed on and then turn around charge me to put it back on.... that's poor and sad but hope people see this on here thank you and this will be my last time asking or calling you for and estimated and job not well done✌️

These guys came out within an hour or two of my call. Quickly confirmed the issue and solved my gas leak. Did a little “extra” work on the spot and put a new hose bib in for me. When an issue arises in the future, no doubt who I am calling. Thanks!

Came home from Vacation with a frozen pipe and backed up sewage in our tub. When everyone else was booked out or wanted to charge me overtime One stop services was able to come the very next morning. They were on time, quick and efficient and helped clean up some of the mess. So so so friendly, considerate and professional. I hope I never have to use them again but they’ll be the first I call if I do.
