Identified a leak in one of the fittings for my water heater and came up with an effective solution to repair it that saved me money and him time. I would definitely have him back out here again.

Call Burton Repair for my parents. My parents are both retired.Their furnace wasn't working and they had no-heat, outside temperatures were -1 to -10. A Tech keep out in a few hours of my call and made furnace repairs. Thank God for Companies like Burton's. Amazing staff and skillful work...

Called on an emergency twice as over a foot of water in crawl space Sunday 29 Aug broken sump pump (Left that on the voicemail). They were listed on a warranty contract to call the next business day, which would have been the 30th (Monday). I received that confirmation email at 6:29P.. No response to my 2 calls Sunday eve which I understand, but no response via text either on Monday (voicemail says they may respond faster via text left at 815 AM). Nothing, although the warranty email states they would call the next business day.

Called another service on Tuesday and they were out within 40 minutes of my call and fixed the sump pump in less than an hour. It's unfortunate one attempt to communicate in a timely manner would have prevented this. This review is based on their lack of response as I didn't have a chance to rate their work this time.

Mountain Mechanical did a great job fixing our leaky pipe! Curtis was there right when they said he would be, fixed the leak quickly, and charged us less than I thought it would be.

Call twice about an appointment that we had scheduled, then texted after to confirm and all was on schedule. Then 30 minutes prior I find out they can’t make it, after I call them. Terrible first impression.

Great experience with Kevin Wagner. He was prompt and knowledgeable. He was easily able to repair an older system that another company just wanted to replace. His prices are reasonable and he takes the time to completely clean the system inside and out. I am super pleased to have found him and will be using him again.

I had called Jacob at Sound Mechanical because I heard water dripping underneath the floor in my kitchen in the crawl space. I made the call around 7am and explained over the phone what I heard and was concerned that a pipe had burst or sprung a leak. Jacob responded that they had a full day of scheduled appointments but would send someone over as soon as they had met the needs of there previously scheduled appointments.He mentioned I would receive a call from one of the employees as soon as they became free. I went to my office and was Pleasantly surprised with a call around the noon hour. The said they could be at my house within a half hour. I went home and the plumber was there 10 minutes earlier than expected. I explained what was happening and showed where the crawl space access was. Within 30 minutes the plumber was completely done and the leak was found and repaired with explanation of what he had found. Problem solved! I have refereed Sound plumbing to multiple friends prior to this repair that I personally needed. All of them praised and thanked me for referring Sound plumbing to them and said they will be using them for all there plumbing needs! We are all happy satisfied customers. Thank you Again for the speedy professional service!
