I called Denali Sewer and Drain when my sewer service froze. The steam hose became lodged in my service. The technician tied it to his truck to free it but ended up breaking my cleanout and tearing the hose. He drove away, leaving the hose in my sewer. The company didn't offer to help even though I called repeatedly. A full 24 hours later they offered to send someone out but I had already called another contractor.

I feel like Denali Sewer and Drain took advantage of me and I hope they don't treat other customers this way. They didn't communicate any of the risks to me and they should have stayed to fix my sewer after they broke the hose.

Roy was on time and very professional. Was available same day which was wonderful and lucky. He made mounting tvs look easy peasy. In and out in a little over an hour for a 55 and 65 tv. Definitely will hire for future needs.

Was able to get in and fix my garage heater the same week I called. Also able to quote and fix same day as diagnoses. Awesome tech

Summit Mechanical has become our Go-To for any mechanical issues. Their service is prompt, shows up when they say they will and very knowledgeable. Another plus, they normally have whatever parts they need already on the truck!

We don't have the easiest system to work with (so we've been told by others), but Bill has always been able to assess the situation and make the repairs quickly!

Bill is very personable and courteous. We will be doing all of Mechanical work with Summit Mechanical and we refer everyone to them. It is a nice relief to know that if we have anything mechanical go wrong in our home that we have Summit to rely on.

I have contacted John twice, January 2020 and 2021, for different reasons. Returned home in 2020 from a trip and my pipes had frozen, John came right a way and ended up fixing the main leak and a secondary break after restarting furnace. This year I noticed a dry puddle under the furnace and corrosion on some pipes. After reviewing photos, John came within 5 days and replaced only what was necessary and checked the operation of the unit.

John's experience shows in his work, thoroughness and concern for his customers. I have referred John to friends and co-workers, who have let me know they too appreciate his service.

I'd say stop paying the big dogs for less and go to Fox for the best!

We spent $850 dollars with this company over a persistent clog in the downstairs toilet of our new home. After getting a second (verified) opinion it became apparent our plumber had neglected to tell us the sewer line wasn’t connected to anything.

called at 8:45 in the morning, I called again at 10:30, 2:30, at 3:40 I was told the driver had problem with the van and would not be able to come but they would get another repairman.........I waited and waited, never got a call at 4:40 I called again and was told they would not be able to come today........at a minimum they should let me know they were not coming .....o well, very difficult to recommend Mtn Mech. to anyone, terrible service from the office.

Very happy with Klebs. I just needed a garbage disposal installed. Some places never called me back. One gave me a 6 week waiting period. Klebs was able to schedule an appointment two days out. As promised, the plumber called a half hour ahead to say he was on his way. Larry showed up on time, was efficient and professional, and had the job done in under half an hour. I would definitely use Klebs again.

Tom did a fantastic job! He came recommended to me by Central Plumbing and Heating and I found him to be very knowledgeable; he explains things well, is efficient and incredibly pleasant to work with. This is a man who really knows his trade. I really appreciate how he was able to work with me on scheduling and was upfront about costs and timeline (both of which were very reasonable). Suffice it to say, I've got his number saved in my phone for all my future plumbing needs!

I've used Sound Mechanical three times now and every time they do an amazing job and it's always very quick too, everyone is very professional and knowledgeable. They are very affordable compared to others in Anchorage. Highly recommended!
