Service was professional and productive. Jeffrey kept me informed, fixed the problem, and left the place clean. Follow up was also excellent when I thought I still had a problem, but didn't. I definitely would call again and recommend Drainmasters. (I was surprised when I first looked Drainmasters up to find them at 4.9 stars. Now I know why. Well deserved.)

Had a leaky faucet causing water damage. $200 later and still had a leaky faucet. Burton would not return the money or admit to bad service. Instead the owner stands behind his so called trust worthy plumber who gave us a run for our money and fixed nothing. Charged us for parts that we did not receive. I ended up taking the dang faucet apart myself proving they replaced nothing. I then fixed the faucet myself via 2 trips to Home Depot and $1.50 in parts, and haven't had a problem since.... But I'm still a little upset to have $200 stolen from me by a business who either is crooked or is OK with employing crooks. If you need something done either do it yourself or call someone else. Considering filing a report with the Better Business Bureau.

I can’t say enough positive things about Kurdel and his company. I’ve sent 4 or 5 of my clients to kurdel now for HVAC as well as general contracting services and his customer service and quality of work has been AMAZING. I called Denali Sewer and Drain when my sewer service froze. The steam hose became lodged in my service. The technician tied it to his truck to free it but ended up breaking my cleanout and tearing the hose. He drove away, leaving the hose in my sewer. The company didn't offer to help even though I called repeatedly. A full 24 hours later they offered to send someone out but I had already called another contractor.

I feel like Denali Sewer and Drain took advantage of me and I hope they don't treat other customers this way. They didn't communicate any of the risks to me and they should have stayed to fix my sewer after they broke the hose.

Living Waters came out and did an inspection and servicing is my boiler, water heater, and fireplace. The gentleman was very professional and knowledgeable.

Called yesterday at 8am for our water heater that was leaking and starting to flood our basement. Called again around noon and was told there were two customers ahead of us. Called at 4ish and got the after hour person. Was called later by the tech and he said it would be after 8pm and the cost would be 300 an hour. I told him I would wait until today.

Called first thing this morning and I was told I was a priority but they didn't know what time they would be there. Wife just called and was told there was 3 people ahead of us due to no heat. I understand heat is important during winter. Why not call the customer and say hey this is what is going on. Why is the customer with no hot water the one that has to pay the 210 or 300 an hour to get stuff fixed.

Handy Tom was great! Came out same day and had us fixed quickly and affordably. Bonus: He’s a nice guy.

First time having our septic pumped here in AK after having a septic in Fl for 12 years. No one spent more time explaining and giving useful tips than their employee, Owen. He was so courteous and knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. Decided we would use this company every year for a scheduled pump out to avoid any issues. Great experience with this company and we highly recommend them.

Shawn and his son were busy but came out right away, (in about an hour) due to an emergency I had with a heat boiler related parts failure. He fixed what was needed in a fast. professional manner, was very knowledgeable, polite and easy to talk to. It was done so quick it never got below 70˚f in the house upstairs. Much, much better than the last two plumbing companies, who were not only unprofessional but damaged more than they repaired.

We will use his company again for plumbing & heating.

Called sound Mechanical to have a shut off valve installed. Spoke to Jake who got us in the next day. Jesse was here on time and couldn’t have been any nicer or more efficient. Great company. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.
