Hogins Plumbing and Heating puts helping the customer as priority over making a profit. They could have easily charged me a service fee to come out to my house and tell me that I simply needed to change the batteries for my touch faucet (batteries that I had no idea even existed since I was completely unfamiliar with a touch faucet). Instead, they troubleshooted with me by text on a Friday night, after hours (as late as 11 pm), and they were able to figure out what the problem was so that I could get the sink working right away. I will definitely call them next time I have a need for service.

We just had our old furnace replaced by Extreme Heating and Air, Eagle River, AK -- yesterday, in fact! The whole process was nothing but a pleasure and a good deal. We sent a query online, and Shane called us within 5 minutes. Super quick! He came out the next day and gave us a quote that, after our checking around, was a good price and we accepted. He let us pick the time to install (we had other things going on). On that day Paul came out and was stellar in his work. Installation involved removing all the 30+ year-old furnace and ductwork and humidifier, etc. and installing all new sheet metal and furnace and everything. Communication all along was super. This was company was GREAT! It was a pleasure and so easy to deal with them. AAA+ in our book, and we would use them again and recommend them to friends.

Had a couple of sump pumps installed, the guys were friendly and did a good job. There were some loud noises after the installation, but they came back out to fix it without any hassle or extra charge.

First and foremost let me just start off by saying AMAZING, FANTASTIC, EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE ON TIME WORK!! As a brand new investment property owner I knew there would come a day where things would go south, And boy did they. I had an electrical issue that led to me needing a plumber. I was referred to Flow Star Plumbing by a good friend that had previous work done, and was extremely pleased with the outcome. I contacted the owner Kurdel on Friday and he was able to come over within hour’s of me calling. He resolved all issues the same day and the price was extremely affordable I was impressed. The very following day another issue arises, completely separate from the previous work that was completed. Kurdel came out on a Saturday morning and immediately identified the issue. He started the work that same day and let me know that he would be back mid week to continue the job and bring to completion by week end. I am sooooo stoked and pleased with the outcome of all that was repaired!! In the future if I ever need a plumber or I can refer to anyone, Flow Star Plumbing is guaranteed at the top of my list!!

I've been nothing but impressed with the quality of this company since having this furnace installed 3 years ago. Just had it serviced by a wonderful technician (Keith) who is not only incredibly knowledgeable about the workings of the system, but also excels at explaining how things work and what steps an owner can take to keep it maintained between service calls. (PS- first time ever reviewing a company online. That's how impressed I've been with these guys.)

Had a leaky faucet causing water damage. $200 later and still had a leaky faucet. Burton would not return the money or admit to bad service. Instead the owner stands behind his so called trust worthy plumber who gave us a run for our money and fixed nothing. Charged us for parts that we did not receive. I ended up taking the dang faucet apart myself proving they replaced nothing. I then fixed the faucet myself via 2 trips to Home Depot and $1.50 in parts, and haven't had a problem since.... But I'm still a little upset to have $200 stolen from me by a business who either is crooked or is OK with employing crooks. If you need something done either do it yourself or call someone else. Considering filing a report with the Better Business Bureau.

Prompt and professional. Great diagnostic skills. Seems to have a lot of experience and has a clean and professional appearance and presentation. I've used Erwin plumbing a dozen times for service calls on apartments and work on my own home and other things and I'm happy with every experience. Top notch service that you can believe in and trust.

I usually don't bother writing these reviews (good or bad) other than doing stars occasionally. Not my thing. However, Tony and his guys have always jumped through hoops to fix my problems with my aging heating unit, and felt they deserved my time to write one. I noticed D Y (below in the comments) had a very similar problem to ours last winter, probably those several really cold days. However, my experience with Tony and his workers was the opposite. They came as quickly as they could (stated they were already on other jobs), fixed the busted pipe, went and got furnace parts, had me up and running before the house froze. They worked with my insurance (even though my insurance isn't the best) and I was reimbursed for most of the repair/damage. Later I had them move cable and thermostat to a better location and they did an awesome job (looked like it had always been there). Recently, had a new motor go out that was still under warranty from the manufacturer, and Tony came out and got me running again temporarily, then later got the warrantied part changed out. I would and I will recommend them to anyone and they will be doing my furnace upgrade when I have the money for the new unit. A++++

Aaron with Circle Plumbing and Heating did an awesome job at replacing my garbage disposal. He was friendly, professional and explained what he was doing the whole time. He worked quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend him to everyone I know.
