Best Plumbing Repair in Anchorage AK

I had a washing machine hot water copper pipe freeze and burst so needed a plumber ASAP! Called all the ones I’ve used before but they were all very busy. Finally was told by Pacific Supply to call Sage Mechanical. The gentleman that answered was extremely helpful and said he could dispatch a plumber with a few hours!
Within 2 hours Richard called and was at my home within that 2 hour time period promised. Richard was very professional and had my repair done in an hour!
I can’t say enough good things about how happy I am with Sage Mechanical🤙 They are an excellent company that does what they say they’re going to do and fast🤙 Richard is an excellent plumber/mechanic and was not only professional but also prompt, courteous and friendly!

OK, I wrote a bad review for this company and I had the WRONG plumbing and heating company. I sincerely apologize for any harm my previous 1 star review caused. I have never done business with this company, but will consider using them instead of the previous P&H company because they noticed the bad review and researched it, which shows a level of attention to detail that is impressive.

Home Warranty of America (HWA) contracts with Hogins Plumbing & Heating. Having had a [different] home warranty in Tennessee, I had absolutely zero expectations. However, Mr. Hogins far exceeded what I had expected. Despite having worked the entire day, he still made time to come repair 2 toilets, 3 drains and 1 shower at 9:45pm at night. He found a cracked toilet with a very slow leak. He replaced a valve, 2 gaskets and the fill mechanism for another toilet that had been both constantly running and leaking. He cleaned all the bathroom drains. He arranged to order a new American Standard Champion 1.6GPF with 2-3/8~2.375 fully-glazed trapway with 4 non-adjustable, piston action Accelerator 1-piece toilet that I had significantly researched and that I had a positive experience using (e.g., no clogging whatsoever) at a former residence. It is super nice that I could choose my toilet! Mr. Hogins is polite, courteous, honest, diligent. His twenty-year-old trainee daughter accompanied him. I am astonished that he stayed so late, until the job was complete. That all contractors were as ethical, kind and professional as Mr. Hogins!

Called them on a Sunday to see if they could snake our main line in our business. They were very motivated to help which is not common when you call this type of business after hours. Lots of places list 24/7 service but it always seems like a hassle or a burden when you call. Not with Arctic Sewer and Drain. Scheduled an appt the same day and show up on time and had our main line unclogged in less than 30 minutes. Their weekend after hours rates was very reasonable. I already saved their info in my phone for future use when needed.

We had a water heater that was 24 years old , needed an emergency replacement. These guys were able to help us instantly and at a affordable price. Job was done same day and we didn’t have to wait days or a month without hot water. Huge lifesavers! Very thankful for a family of 6. We highly recommend this company 100%. Very happy with the service from Burton Repair. First call was to replace a toilet and valve. We liked the work so much, we called back for repair of both garage doors. I was surprised at the variety of problems they repair.

Flow Star is now my go to company for heating and plumbing services.
First I needed a plumber, but everyone I called couldn't come out for a couple of weeks, or not at all. I called Flow Star and they sent someone that day to fix the plumbing issue we had. The service was great. Professional, courteous, on-time, quick but all quality work...all the attributes one would hope for.
So I decided to call them back to service my furnace. Again I was very impressed with the level of service. They are definitely doing it right. Very honest and trustworthy. I'm glad I found them.

My kids knocked the cap off my outside cleanout which allowed my main drain line to freeze shut. I originally called out another popular drain service; who after trying to snake the line told me that my main line had separated and or collapsed without running a drain camera into the line to verify the problem. That technician told me that they could have their backhoe over the next day to start digging up the line. I called Denali Sewer & Drain and they sent a technician over with a drain camera system that verified a freeze up problem. After a twenty minute steaming of the line; the system was back in service. (And the cleanout cap was properly reinstalled)

Roy did a super job. I highly recommend him.

Diamond Heating & AirTemp Alaska has great service! We did not have heat in our home one night so I emailed them and received a quick response from Kara the next morning. Most businesses take a lifetime to respond through email. Demi came over right away and fixed the problem. A week later our heat was not working again. I gave them a call, Jerry called me back right away, and had Jim come fix the problem that same morning. They were all so kind and considerate! Would definitely recommend them.
