We had a block deep in the water lines late on a Saturday night, it was backing up sewage into our downstairs bathroom (these things always happen on weekends or late at night!) and I started calling any plumber I could find. I left a message with Arctic Sewer and Drain and they called me back within a couple of minutes and had someone dispatched to fix the block within half an hour. They were so fast, so polite and helpful, and were such a good price, I was impressed and would definitely recommend them. We're feeling pretty grateful to have that problem fixed so quickly!

I felt very confident that he was able to do his job and do it well. I felt so relieved while he was here, which is not the experience I’ve had with the previous companies. He understood how the system worked and even checked a couple of additional things while he worked. He didn’t need a mysterious second person, he wasn’t in constant contact with the office or a second person for advice. And most importantly to me, our bill that we paid up front, was our final bill. They didn’t tack on a bunch of additional charges, which has not been our experience. I will highly recommend living waters to my Wasilla contacts and will use them from here on out. Very impressed.

Excellent customer service & care occurred before, during, and after the job. This was combined with robust plumbing solutions to multiple stubborn & relatively complicated plumbing installations. Theo created a custom sink drain for a leak-prone drain on a tricky upstairs bathroom sink that now drains flawlessly. He also configured custom drains for a dated basement bathroom remodel. Downstairs toilet now flushes like a projectile capsule ejecting from a spaceship. Not going to hold back on seconds for sunday steak dinner anymore.

I woke up to a loud bang and no hot water on the first -11F day of the year. I called my usual handyman, but after getting no response my boss recommended Mountain Mechanical. I was in and out of my house all morning but they had a tech out in under an hour, figured out what went wrong and were able to explain their process from assessment, to repair, and what I can do to avoid having to call them in the future. Definitely added to my contact list for future repair.

Craig at Paragon Plumbing & Heating is top notch! We just bought a property in and moved to Wasilla, and not knowing the area, I called Paragon based on the reviews I found online. I thought I had a noise coming from my water heater. He arrived a few minutes early for our same-day scheduled appointment, and traipsed all over the house and garage with me trying to identify the beeping. When all was said and done, he assured me that there was nothing wrong with my water heater or garage heater, and that neither gives off audible warnings. After 15 minutes of his helping me try to locate the noise to no avail, I asked what I owed him for his time and he said no charge. What a guy!
