I called Isaac on a Sunday evening and he and the other Isaac came to my house the next day to diagnose the problem. They found water leaking from my boiler. It was very kind of them to refer me to another plumber who can specifically address my boiler plumbing issue. They did not charge with the time they came to my house, the diagnosing and consultation. Isaac was generous enough to give me pointers on how to prevent future problems in my sewer. Our water heater had ruptured and was flooding our house. After waiting 2 hours on another repair service, with no word on when they would be here, I contacted Summit Mechanical. Bill said he could be here in 1 hour. He showed up on time, gave me an on the spot estimate and installed a new and better water heater all in the same afternoon! Summit Mechanical did an Excellent job and saved the day. I highly recommend them to any one. I will certainly call them first from now on.

Robbie was awesome to work with; personable and friendly. He took time to explain to us what he was doing and made easy recommendations for our issue with our Water Softener. We will make the minor corrections with PHD next Tuesday. Also, our well pump is running when we aren't using water. He looked at our pressure tank and confirmed that we may have an issue with the water line from well to house or possibly the check valve in our pump is bad. Very satisfied with cost, service and end result.

We spent $850 dollars with this company over a persistent clog in the downstairs toilet of our new home. After getting a second (verified) opinion it became apparent our plumber had neglected to tell us the sewer line wasn’t connected to anything.

Told them I had a clogged toilet.... They sent a plumber out who then said that since it was a clogged toilet that I needed to call their sister company who handles clogged drains... Then proceeded to try to charge for the coming out to tell me what I had told them...
