RJ and Demarco are a Father and Son team that did an AMAZING job for us. We were in a situation that we needed to remodel a small apartment bathroom after it had flooded. We had gutted the bathroom and purchased a shower kit to install. Unfortunately, after our contractor was not able to finish the job, we had tried several other companies/handyman in Anchorage that either were not available, job was too small, booked out several months, a no-show, or the quality of work was poor. Demarco had reached out to me after I made a post on the NextDoor app. He was quick to respond, gave me a call, and scheduled a free consult to go over our project the next day.

Demarco and RJ are such a pleasure to work with. Very professional and friendly. They both made suggestions on what we needed and the quality of work is superb. They installed the proper insulation behind the shower, fixed venting for the bathroom fan, installed the shower and drywall, waterproofed the floor, installed flooring, and installed the toilet/vanity. Plus, they painted the bathroom fresh and looks new! They gave us a proposal and were able to work that week and finished before the projected time. I actually ended up hiring them to do more work for us to have our apartment ready to rent again. It really restored my faith that there are people out there who have a passion for their work and treated our home like theirs. They took care of all the supplies, cleaned up the workspace pristine, and were flexible if we asked for more services or changes. Super easy and was such a relief to be taken care of. During the earthquake that occurred on Friday Nov 30 my house had a water leak that was breaching the bedroom behind my boiler and also leaking water into my garage. Extreme Heating (Shane) took my information and dispatched a plumber to fix our problem. The day must have been hectic to be a plumber, but I was glad I found Extreme Heating. They were professional and took care of everything. Truly grateful. They have my business in the future.

Sean did an awesome job installing baseboard heating vents. Great customer service and communication. I haven’t had covers on them for a while and dreaded doing them myself. My place looks so much better with them and I’m glad I went with having them professionally installed!

Over the years I have tried the big name plumbing services in Anchorage, only to find that they soak a person for every possible penny. One outfit even bills you at $170/hour for the time it takes for their serviceman to drive to your home from his prior stop. Huh?

One Stop Services: on time, quick response, nice people; guaranteed they could do a complete toilet rebuild in an hour (were that to be needed), others quoted me 1.5-2 hours. Finally an honest plumbing service.

The serviceman looked it over, determined that problem was minor, fixed it and charged me nothing for the 15 minutes he invested in making certain that everything was right. He clearly knew his stuff. With any other outfit I would have been faced with a $160-170 minimum one hour charge. They will be my go to from here forward.

After calling them last winter for a furnace that stopped working they did show up a lot quicker than expected, which was greatly appreciated. Had to call them for an issue recently, furnace still under warranty, and they did honor it😁. They have been professional and friendly.

This is my first time using KLEBS Mechanical and they did a great job! I called them for a boiler problem (heat issues), their technician determined it wasn’t my boiler but due to wiring, it was a broken water heater. I was the last call of the day, so they showed up the next day to replace the water heater. They showed up on time, were respectful of my home, clean and thorough. I don't usually write reviews but after reading some of the negative ones I thought it was important to put in one from my perspective. I called Jake after getting quotes from several companies. He was professional and came out right when I needed him. I am selling my home and I needed to have the hot water heater replaced due to its age. Awesome company! Very responsive. All of my questions were answered and any concerns addressed. They removed a window and replaced it with a sliding patio door. In the process they had to move an electrical outlet and a baseboard heating resister. Now I have someone to tackle all of my projects big or small. I can’t recommend them enough! A+++++
