Call Burton Repair for my parents. My parents are both retired.Their furnace wasn't working and they had no-heat, outside temperatures were -1 to -10. A Tech keep out in a few hours of my call and made furnace repairs. Thank God for Companies like Burton's. Amazing staff and skillful work...

I hired Tom to fix a leak in my downstairs waterline (copper pipe) He seems very experienced (as I had done some research prior) He showed up promptly, was efficient & did a great job! He kindly explained what he was going to do gave me a fair/true estimate prior to starting the project. His prices are cheaper then a chain company(estimates) by almost half! Also he was concerned about my drier hose & checked it out to make sure it was not a hazard. He did this just to be nice & as a saftey measure for my family ! He is a good true Alaskan & hard working! Reccomend his services.He was fair & honest with me. He showed me photos of his AMAZING garden! Plus who can't like a guy named Tom who gardens:)

First time having our septic pumped here in AK after having a septic in Fl for 12 years. No one spent more time explaining and giving useful tips than their employee, Owen. He was so courteous and knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. Decided we would use this company every year for a scheduled pump out to avoid any issues. Sound Mechanical has absolutely MISERABLE customer service. It is apparently not within the realm of possibility that this company can make a mistake. When we mentioned to the owner that his workers left a beer bottle behind he told us we were lying and cussed at us. We could care less that there was a beer bottle left behind, just wanted him to know as a business owner. We also let him know that the dryer vent was now disconnected (they had to move the washer and dryer to get to the water heater). He informed me that someone must have moved the washer and dryer after they left. The washer and dryer are a million pounds and neither me nor my tenants touched it after they left. We also didn't care that they made mistakes, just wanted it fixed. The owner was irate that we pointed these things out and used foul language when speaking to us. Last noteworthy items, they did not replace the bathroom door, they left it in my tenants bedroom. They left crud all over the floor in their work area. They also damaged the railing outside my house when they launched the old water heater over the railing instead of walking it down. You'd never believe it, but he didn't apologize for that either.

Craig was quick, friendly and efficient. His bid was far lower than the competition and he honored it. The work was done in a timely manner and looks almost artistic! Once all was said and done he did more than he initially put on the bid but didn't attempt to increase the price. We have employed good plumbers in the past but Craig is the best.

Our experience was great! Our house wasn’t draining anything so we called on Sunday and he was out on Monday at 8am. When he showed up he was clearly a pro in all he did.
