Great experience with these guys. They called in advance, like they said they would. They showed up on time, like they said they would. And they did great work, like they said they would. In Anchorage, contractors like this hardly ever do all of the above like they said they would. Personable technicians, in and out quick, left no mess. I would recommend this company highly.

Scheduled an annual heating inspection and service no call no show . Called and texted several times due to the fact that I took off work, didn't get a reply or response back until weeks later and it came from Jim Hogins 16yr old daughter stating that her dad was at the gym ? Rescheduled for a Sat. a.m. once again no call no show. After 3 missed appts. Jim calls and states that he's sorry that he left his phone in his van ? For # weeks ? and that he's had Covid and that i'm not the only customer that he's flaked on lately because he's been in a funk ? But he'll make it right, well when he finally did show up and stand around for an hour and a half he still charged Me the full price and stated that My boiler part had a crack and that he would contact the Vendor for warranty parts and get back to Me, well that was four months ago and he's been avoiding my calls, texting that he'll call back and never does. He even said that he was trying to get the parts but there was a back log on them. I was loyal to Hogins Plumbing due to the fact that Jim himself installed our Boiler System years ago. But unfortunately Jim has stop being a Professional and Now All He seems to do is Make Excuses and Broken Promises Somewhere Along the Way Jim has Lost his Way! This Man Doesn't Respect or Conduct Himself as a Professional Plumber........Shame On You Jim Hogin. Lost Customer

We were tight on finances and with a leaking pipe during Christmas- my husband and I attempted to be creative at fixing it ourselves. While we fixed one thing, another problem occurred and then another. Three days with no water and at our wits end, we called for an estimate. Jim arrived within an hour and inspected the issue in the garage. He then took the time to go down to the crawl space to inspect all the plumbing. He determined the issue was a simple fix we weren’t aware of. He let us know how we could fix it- and didnt charge us at all! So sweet and really made my day. I’d highly, highly recommend him as I felt he was incredibly honest and there to help. Will call him for all future needs.

Robert sold the business to his brother Kevin Powell in the middle of the restoration of my mobile home after a fire. The support beams they charged to replace under my home, they sprayed with killz. The shed they charged to move and move back is now about to fall down. They stuck a two by four in the ground and nailed a block on the back wall to keep the back wall from collapsing. The door for my hot water heater can't be removed. Enstar had to come out because the gas line for my hot water heater was leaking. And could not get the door open. My porch leans into my home now. After they charged me for 27 hours of work. They actually only worked on the porch for three to four hours. I wish I could post pictures of the things they did and didn't do here. Water froze here last winter every time it got below 11 degrees. When I called them he told me to use a hair dryer. I feel they are very dishonest.

I called Denali Sewer and Drain when my sewer service froze. The steam hose became lodged in my service. The technician tied it to his truck to free it but ended up breaking my cleanout and tearing the hose. He drove away, leaving the hose in my sewer. The company didn't offer to help even though I called repeatedly. A full 24 hours later they offered to send someone out but I had already called another contractor.

I feel like Denali Sewer and Drain took advantage of me and I hope they don't treat other customers this way. They didn't communicate any of the risks to me and they should have stayed to fix my sewer after they broke the hose.

Roy was on time and very professional. Was available same day which was wonderful and lucky. He made mounting tvs look easy peasy. In and out in a little over an hour for a 55 and 65 tv. Definitely will hire for future needs.

We had an odd plastic smell in our house and Albert identified the problem super quickly. He was also able to fix it just as fast. He was super personable and I would recommend Diamond Heating to anyone.

Tony was wonderful. Came out to figure what why my hot water pilot light would not stay lit. He came over right away and told what it was. He fixed it and I’m so thankful.

I called John, a few min on the phone, I felt confident I called the correct person, John showed up precisely when he said he would be there, the repair was made, the man is a wealth of information, I will be calling John for any future plumbing or heating repairs or maintenance. I called for an estimate for a simple home project and the person I talked to was condescending and didn’t listen to what I was trying to explain. If that’s how they treat people who are potential customers, I’m glad I didn’t end up using them.

I had an emergency problem with some pex installation that I needed done immediately to keep my bathroom renovation contractor working. I called Living Waters and they sent a guy out the same day I called (5 hours of evening overtime work) and he was great. Creatively solved a tough problem and was very professional. Huge thanks to Andrew and LW.

Had our Weil-McLain boiler quit working, the pilot light failed to turn on and had us stumped. The house was starting to get cold, 15 degrees outside. Called Mountain Mechanical at 5:05 pm their service tech Matt showed up at 6:25 pm. Matt came straight over from a different job and had our boiler fixed within 1/2 hour. Very friendly professional attitude, gave us some general maintenance tips and chewed the fat with us for a few and was off to his next job. Thanks to MM and Matt for a great job, will use again!
