Roy was on time and very professional. Was available same day which was wonderful and lucky. He made mounting tvs look easy peasy. In and out in a little over an hour for a 55 and 65 tv. Definitely will hire for future needs.

John is a amazing man. I called him right at 8am. Telling him what was going on. He came out and fix my toilet like a pro. He even looked at my sink. I now have someone to call and fix around my place. I am very picky person to have someone to do work on my places. He’s good in my book!

I’ve had Livingwaters Plumbing out to my home and they provided the most respectful and knowledgeable technician. I needed a new boiler for our home heating system. The work was done quickly, efficiently and I will be recommending Living Waters Plumbing & Mechanical to anyone that needs quick, professional and experienced home heating needs.

Kevin did come to diagnosis boiler, took apart cover did not find problem after 30min charged me $95 and left. About hour after he left the boiler shut down again. Called him but no answer, left message and never responded. There for the two star rating. I ended up having to fix it myself. I found one wire that wasn't grounded properly and thank god that fixed the problem been working great since. I have no experience fixing boilers but this was very obvious when I took it apart.

I had them out to flush my septic system. It was easy to schedule, they were on time and quick, and Owen helped me understand my septic system better.

I called several places and First Class Plumbing was the only one who was able to help me. Our building was getting colder by the minute and he was here within 45 min and very fair prices. :)

I had called Jacob at Sound Mechanical because I heard water dripping underneath the floor in my kitchen in the crawl space. I made the call around 7am and explained over the phone what I heard and was concerned that a pipe had burst or sprung a leak. Jacob responded that they had a full day of scheduled appointments but would send someone over as soon as they had met the needs of there previously scheduled appointments.He mentioned I would receive a call from one of the employees as soon as they became free. I went to my office and was Pleasantly surprised with a call around the noon hour. The said they could be at my house within a half hour. I went home and the plumber was there 10 minutes earlier than expected. I explained what was happening and showed where the crawl space access was. Within 30 minutes the plumber was completely done and the leak was found and repaired with explanation of what he had found. Problem solved! I have refereed Sound plumbing to multiple friends prior to this repair that I personally needed. All of them praised and thanked me for referring Sound plumbing to them and said they will be using them for all there plumbing needs! We are all happy satisfied customers. My son was working on the North Slope and had a furnace issue so I conacted the owner who had one of his awesome guys come out to my son's house in between other appointments. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and worked diligently to fix the problem. These furnace issues were missed by another company about a year earlier. My family will always use Rock Solid Plumbing and Heating!

Call Burton Repair for my parents. My parents are both retired.Their furnace wasn't working and they had no-heat, outside temperatures were -1 to -10. A Tech keep out in a few hours of my call and made furnace repairs. Thank God for Companies like Burton's. Amazing staff and skillful work...

While they were timely and were able to come out next day, the service we received was mediocre at best. We called because our plumbing had extremely low flow, and their first fix was to replace the two most expensive things that could possibly be the issue. When questioned about it afterwards their response was “well it’s better than it was before” when our kitchen sink is still barely above a trickle. Not to mention our house was left a disaster - they unscrewed our accordion door and left it unscrewed when they left, sprayed water everywhere (and on me) in the bathroom, and left wood splinters all over the floor where they were working to name a few. Aside from the poor work ethic, they were swearing up a storm, slamming doors, and Larry was apparently so distracted that he couldn’t remember which way was hot/cold or which direction a shower head was installed. All of this and we got a bill for over $1500. When we called to talk about this, the woman that answered the phone was extremely rude and arrogant - without asking any details, she immediately told us that what we were charged was fair and there was nothing to be discussed. I work in the service industry and understand that time spent on-site is time spent and sometimes the part you think is the issue turns out not to be, but to leave it at “it’s better than it was before” is shameful. Hopefully it was just a bad day and other people don’t have this experience.
