Job was done same day and we didn’t have to wait days or a month without hot water. Huge lifesavers! Very thankful for a family of 6. We highly recommend this company 100%. Roy was on time and very professional. Was available same day which was wonderful and lucky. He made mounting tvs look easy peasy. In and out in a little over an hour for a 55 and 65 tv. Definitely will hire for future needs.

Shawn and his son were busy but came out right away, (in about an hour) due to an emergency I had with a heat boiler related parts failure. He fixed what was needed in a fast. professional manner, was very knowledgeable, polite and easy to talk to. It was done so quick it never got below 70˚f in the house upstairs. Much, much better than the last two plumbing companies, who were not only unprofessional but damaged more than they repaired.

We will use his company again for plumbing & heating.

These guys have got it down! Total sweethearts!! They were able to come out to my house and diagnose the problem with in minutes. Gave me options on what products they recommended. We’re able to schedule me in a timely fashion. Showed up on time on the appointed day. Did the work well!! Couldn’t be more happier with theses. Awesome!!!

Raul installed my Lennox variable speed furnace and Paul put in an Air Scrubber Advanced-my home now smells like a walk in a misty forest and is as toasty as I need it to be. I have always been impressed with the quality customer service, care, and parts used by Moore Heating. Jason is great and very responsive and always transparent with every estimate. I always recommend Moore heating to my coworkers for their HVAC needs.

Very happy with the service from Burton Repair. First call was to replace a toilet and valve. We liked the work so much, we called back for repair of both garage doors. I was surprised at the variety of problems they repair.

While they were timely and were able to come out next day, the service we received was mediocre at best. We called because our plumbing had extremely low flow, and their first fix was to replace the two most expensive things that could possibly be the issue. When questioned about it afterwards their response was “well it’s better than it was before” when our kitchen sink is still barely above a trickle. Not to mention our house was left a disaster - they unscrewed our accordion door and left it unscrewed when they left, sprayed water everywhere (and on me) in the bathroom, and left wood splinters all over the floor where they were working to name a few. Aside from the poor work ethic, they were swearing up a storm, slamming doors, and Larry was apparently so distracted that he couldn’t remember which way was hot/cold or which direction a shower head was installed. All of this and we got a bill for over $1500. When we called to talk about this, the woman that answered the phone was extremely rude and arrogant - without asking any details, she immediately told us that what we were charged was fair and there was nothing to be discussed. I work in the service industry and understand that time spent on-site is time spent and sometimes the part you think is the issue turns out not to be, but to leave it at “it’s better than it was before” is shameful. Hopefully it was just a bad day and other people don’t have this experience.

I will never hire any other company to do Plumbing and Mechanical Again. All Tradesman are Union Brothers and skilled professionals.

Do not hire this company. I hired this company this past month when my 10 year old water heater broke and needed to be replaced. Instead of replacing the visibly rusty water heater, they replaced the coupler. I called to complain after my credit card was charged the next day for work I did not authorize. I was ignored and blown off by the office staff saying it was a miscommunication.

3 days later my hot water heater broke again, this time it flooded my house. I called Mountain Mechanical before regular hours explaining my situation with their after hours staff with a message for them to call me when they opened. I never received a call. I called them again the next day and asked to speak with the manager/owner about the situation of my hot water heater flooding my house after their work. I was told the manager was on a job and would call me back. No call!

This company is responsible for a flood that cost ~$8000 worth of damage to my house. First, they did not replace the water heater that needed to be replaced. Second, they did work on my hot water heater that was not authorized. Third, whatever work they did, my hot water heater seems to be what caused the hot water heater to start leaking. Fourth, they are doing nothing to make good on their mistake.

Terrible service, work quality and questionable ethics.

Our water heater rusted out, and so we drained it and called around for someone who could come right away. A lot of places were booked out for 2-3 weeks, and a couple places suggested we try the replacement ourselves.

Kevin Wagner said he was busy, but he could come the following evening. He came out, and we are so glad we didn't try the replacement ourselves. He was done in a bit over an hour, re-plumbed the pipes that he noticed were seized up and leaking, and gave us recommendations for keeping our water heater maintained better in the future!

We really can't say enough good things about Kevin! He's our first call from now on!

A+ gets an F in customer service and scheduling appointments due to the owner (Becky)...not friendly. Even after you expressed the intent to educate us on a septic system that you installed we were unable to gain that knowledge. Thank you to the technician that came out and did a great job, sorry you were micromanaged during the process.
