Jim and his daughter Emilee are a great team! They always answer when I call, or call me back fast if I leave a message. They've come when scheduled in advance, but also on emergency when I had a leaking pipe. They communicate well with their customers. Jim is focused and efficient while working. He never hesitates to explain what the problem is or how things work, which I appreciate! I'm just really happy with their service, and he will be my go-to plumber in the future.

First time I have ever felt compelled to write a review. I do a good deal of remodel projects around Eagle River and the Valley. Greg became my Go-To plumber the very first job he did for me. He was almost too fast for me. Had to adjust my schedule. Have never been disappointed since. He even laughs at my jokes! In all seriousness, He runs a great crew. Highly recommend Greg to general contractors and home owners alike.

Very happy with their service, both on the phone, & with Tino (Tilo?), the service tech, who came out to replace a corroded copper line. I worked with Kevin to schedule the appointment, then Todd came out to my house and was able to quickly replace a few shingles on my roof that blew off in one of our windstorms this past spring. I called Alaska Plumbing Service to repair a bathtub drain problem. The service was extremely prompt and friendly. Turns out the issue was not as simple as I had thought, but Trey, the journeyman plumber, showed me the problems and solutions every step of the way. He not only fixed what I knew to be a problem, but found an unglued drain pipe which could have become a serious leak under the tub. He created an access panel that is almost invisible. He worked hard and efficiently. I felt the price was more than fair. I will call this company any time I have a plumbing problem.

Called over to fix the heat. Was very rude and creepy. Angry when he couldn't do the repairs he wanted to. Was supposed to come back the next day to change the filters. Never came back and never answered calls. Steer clear of this one.

Good service. Circle Plumbing came out to replace the previous homeowners DIY toilet and sink hook ups/drains. Zach clearly communicated the issues he identified and what he was going to do to fix them. He also identified and fixed other issues that weren't apparent at the surface level. Very professional.
