First time using this company and I was very impressed. The technician called 30 minutes prior as requested, showed up on time, and repaired my leaking cold water line quickly. A far better experience than I’ve had with the “big name” heating and plumbing companies.

I’ve been in my current home for five years and have used three different companies to perform service and repairs to my HVAC system. It wasn’t until I had an outage last year and Diamond HVAC was the only company available at my time of need. It was off hours, overtime, busy season. Regardless of that scenario they quoted me an extremely fair price and lower than their competition. Second and most importantly was Demetrius, the on site field technician. Professional, highly skilled, knew the product well and how to repair it the correct way (the last company caused the outage due to improper installation that Demetrius identified), customer focused, on time and extremely quick to resolve the issue and had us back up and running again. Due to that experience from Demetrius, I will never use another company outside of Diamond. I recently signed up for their year over year comfort plan. This is a lesson for other companies on how important it is to have great employees on the front lines. They are the face of your brand, your overall product and for me at least is why I will continue to be a long term customer with this company. Great job Demetrius. I also want to add, that the culture must run throughout the company. Calling in on the phone to set service up, the phone rang once, It was professionally answered immediately by a Danielle (not an IVR system), answered all of my questions, booked an appointment the next day for service, signed me up for their year over year maintenance plan. Today I received a text from Kara relaying that the technician was enroute and asked if I was ready for him, Demetrius arrived on site and consistently took care of the job as he did on his last trip. Negative temperatures and boiler was acting up , I was worried about pipes freezing up, called plumbing and heating doctor emergency call out line at 1 a.m , Tony sent a guy out to troubleshoot and get my boiler running . I would highly recommend to anyone in need of a service call or a whole house install .

The only hvac company in Anchorage that had time to help me after calling all of them. I would recommend Burton repair before any other.

Technician Kevin arrived on time. Professional, polite and skilled. My Rinnai natural gas furnace was not lighting. After a quick cleaning and maintenance it was working again.

First class? Really? They should probably change their name because all we got was a dented water heater and a giant hole in the laundry room. Most places would check the product - boxed or unboxed - for dents... and then fix the hole they put in a customer’s wall. Them? Not a damn thing. So what now? On top of hundreds of dollars dropped on a dented water heater we get to stare at a hole in the wall and a light switch plate taped to the wall. First class plumbing. HA!

I've used Sound Mechanical three times now and every time they do an amazing job and it's always very quick too, everyone is very professional and knowledgeable. They are very affordable compared to others in Anchorage. Highly recommended!

I had a Generac generator installed in my house, and Moore Heating does the service. I was initially put off by a travel fee that is charged, but the total bill for a preventative maintenance visit is $200. The maintenance is fast and professional, and honestly, I am going to be a customer for the life of the generator. Relationships are everything in business.

I hired them to unclog a kitchen pipe. Tech was polite but it doesn't make the cost any easier - $190. Initially I spoke with 3 different people and only later i found out they work together. After making an appointment, I requested at least 30m of a courtesy call as I had to leave work to meet them and instead I got a text saying they will be there in 10min and I had to rush over. One thing I recommend if hiring them is to be cautious about distractions such as chit chatting as that also adds up to the time they consider working. They charge by the hour.

This guys did their job fixing my Furnace igniter. Well done!
