We had a mysteriously leaky toilet. Our regular plumber diagnosed the problem as a clog in the pipes leading to our septic system and advised us to call a specialist. Isaac and his son were just super, starting with the initial call. They came out quickly, cleared the clog and re-seated the problem toilet.We couldn’t have been more pleased. Highly recommended!

If you have an appointment with them, be prepared for them to just show up when they please. Had an appointment, was informed 5 minutes before my appointment time that he (Matt) would be 2 HOURS late. Are you kidding me, send someone else then, I have a job like everyone else that I need to get back to. Nope, so I waited for 3 hours before giving up and heading back to work because I had to pick up my kids..in route, Matt calls and wants to come now 3 hours and 15 minutes passed the appointment time. Tried to call their office 6 times, finally I get an answer and told I'm sorry, the manager is helping another customer and he will call you back very shortly. Never received a call back. I have a job in customer service and if I did that to my customers, my butt would be in hot water. Worse than the cable company...we will be there between the hours of noon and 4 p.m. Do yourself a favor and save the hassle and hire someone else who is more dependable. I hired them initially by the good reviews here...so I didn't expect this kind of treatment at all and even to a military servicemember. Thanks for wasting 3.5 hours of my day, my time is precious too you know.

Why in the hell would I want to do that so you can waste more of my time. I waited 2 days for my appointment...and now had to hire another company but cant get out for 4 days. So, them not showing up made me deal with my furnace issue for 6 days. Save yourself the hassle folks!

We called the day after thanksgiving and they had someone out within 4 hours. Everyone from the scheduler, the dispatcher, and technician were quick and professional. They diagnosed and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. All in we only paid $370 for same day response and repair.

Robert sold the business to his brother Kevin Powell in the middle of the restoration of my mobile home after a fire. The support beams they charged to replace under my home, they sprayed with killz. The shed they charged to move and move back is now about to fall down. They stuck a two by four in the ground and nailed a block on the back wall to keep the back wall from collapsing. The door for my hot water heater can't be removed. Enstar had to come out because the gas line for my hot water heater was leaking. And could not get the door open. My porch leans into my home now. After they charged me for 27 hours of work. They actually only worked on the porch for three to four hours. I wish I could post pictures of the things they did and didn't do here. Water froze here last winter every time it got below 11 degrees. When I called them he told me to use a hair dryer. I feel they are very dishonest.

We spent $850 dollars with this company over a persistent clog in the downstairs toilet of our new home. After getting a second (verified) opinion it became apparent our plumber had neglected to tell us the sewer line wasn’t connected to anything.

I called on Sunday evening about a clog and told them it wasn’t an emergency and was okay with waiting until Monday. I had to work Monday afternoon, though, so first thing would be ideal.
They called me Monday morning right at 9 and Dakota and Ryan were at my door by 9:30. They were in and out, professional, efficient, personable, and reasonably priced.
We will never call anyone else for drain clogs!

The worst customer services I have ever encountered. I made an appointment over a month ago and today they called and said they wanted to reschedule me until after Christmas. I said I wanted something things checked out because of the earth quake and I was worried for the safety of my family and the response was your house isn't flooding so no appointment.
I completely understand that tragic events happen and that is more of the reason I wanted to have my house heater checked and was happy I had already made the appointment (I didn't even try to call and get you there sooner because I knew your company was helping other people I just turned the gas off and waited for my appointment). I'm worried about Carbindixode leaking from my heater and now have to try and find a better place to come inspect my home.
I am truly grateful that you are helping people with BIGGER JOBS after this earthquake, I want everyone to be safe and get there life back to normal, I just want to find someone to help my family and I.
ADDED AFTER RESPONSE FROM BUSINESS:
Please don't make it sound as if I am inhumane and don't care about other people's problems because that's simply not the case. I was in fact happy that you guys were working hard to help others with serious problems. Also it's extremely unfair to mention the discounted rate so many times in your response I don't care the cost of a possible problem to my heating and gas I would never worry about discounted rate or anything like that over the well being of my family that was extremely rude and unprofessional of you to throw jab's of a the discounted rate repeatedly in your response. My concern was the safety of my family which in your response was your employees concerns as well. Unfortunately I am not a hvac repair specialist and don't have the skill set to handle that line of work main reason for making an appointment for you to come out in the first place. I'm a father and husband who was concerned for his family's well being and no matter what you type in a response your company had no compassion towards my family's needs and worries and that is the reason I will inform every person I ever come in contact with to avoid your company. (also I did tell you that something was wrong and I really wanted to have you come check because I was worried I never said everything was ok I just want a check up I said I believe I have a problem and am happy I had the appointment already made. In Fact i waited 2 days with m,y gas turned off because I didn't want to call and ask you to come early because I knew there were other people with problems.) Long story short i was able to get a company (I will leave un-named) to come and they did find something cracked at my water heater and was glad I turned the gas off to it because it could have been something that could have cause my family problems.
I will say it again i appreciate that your business helped so many Alaskans I truly do. I just wish you would have the common courtesy to listen to my family concerns, because your company could have helped us as well.

March 2015 - Furnace went out on a weekend so the old lady called Klebs. She talks to the technician on call who just asks for the address (no mention that he lives in a town 30 minutes away, and no mention of the fact that he will be on the clock for his driving time at over $200/ HR). To be precise, I live in Anchorage and this guy drove from Eagle River. I was on the hook for 32 minutes before he stepped in my front door.
Next makes it out to the house, and starts fiddling around with the furnace (I already had the lid of). He tested wires by literally plugging them in and out and blowing on them for about 30 minutes, with the conclusion that they were fine. He finally decided to test the inducer blower (which should have been tested first; pretty much the only mechanical part there) and lets us know its bad. He said unfortunately he doesn't have that part and will have to check their inventory on Monday (the next day).
The only thing he could give me was a bill for $300 for what should have been a 5 minute diagnosis (i understand the weekend rates and 1/2 hour minimum charge they have, so would have been fine paying $110 or whatever for the diagnosis). But, to pay $300 and still not have the problem fixed?
To leave an even fouler taste, this guy promised that Klebbs will get back to me first thing the next day (which was a Monday). No one got back to me (its been a week now as of this post).
Morale of the story is go with anyone but these guys. I called Moore heating. No issues with those guys except for the 200% markup on the part (compared to internet price). I just needed the work done asap due to cold weather so couldn't wait a couple of days.
