I’m late at giving these guys credit for awesome service. But it never fails, when my husband goes hunting my heat goes out and every time they have been prompt and amazing. They are currently plumbing and doing the HVAC in our addition. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Amazing!

I used Diamond Heating & AirTemp Alaska to install a gas heater in my garage. The previous owner of the house didn't have any heat for the garage and just a couple weeks after buying the house in January the water lines into the house froze. Thankfully they didn't bust but this made me decide to get a gas heater installed in the garage so it doesn't happen again. I had quite a few shops come out and give me a quote for the complete installation and Diamond was quite a bit cheaper than all of them. They showed up right on time and it took just around 2 hours for a complete install. I was beyond impressed with the quality and speed of their service. I will be coming back for any other heating needs I have and I highly recommend them!!

I had a pipe under my kitchen sink with a small hole in it and water coming out. After calling Summit Mechanical, Bill was fixing my problem in less than an hour and didn't charge extra because it was after 5pm. Had my pipe fixed within a few minutes. Very knowledgeable. Excellent service!!! Summit Mechanical will be the first company I call when needing any plumbing services.

We hired this company to service our Rennai gas heater that we have in our home. When the technician went to go put the gas heater back together, it would not turn on. We had to then go buy parts and put them in ourselves. We figured out that the problem was the technician never put cables that were supposed to be connected back in. We called the owner and we spoke with a supervisor and in the end, the company made it right. They took care of it and for that, we are grateful.

Super nice, friendly, knowledgeable and totally trust this Mountain Mechanical to do the right job and make it as painless as possible. Keegan was on the way to the house for an emergency visit and walked me through some possible fixes just to save us some money. They worked until the next day when he had to come over and fix pipes that were frozen and broken. -20 on the east side of town, and we were able to stay in the house and have it fixed at very fair prices considering what had to be done and the conditions they had to be done in. Paid thousands for them to install new furnace and on-demand hot water heater. Their lack of expertise in all areas of the install forced them to come out 5 additional times. Exhaust pipes into roof were leaking water, adjustments to water heater were way off. 1 year later they had to come back out because the furnace wasn't working. I was told it was a condensation issue and they'd install a t bar to fix it. They insisted on payment regardless of the great warranty they claimed at the time of install. I found out several weeks later that the t bar should have been completed at install. I immediately asked for a refund in march 2015 and then asked again in May and June. Just hours before filing a small claims case (Aug 2015) they deposited that money back into my account with no apology, no communication. Some of their service guys seemed to be really nice, but I will never use this company again even for repairs to their own work. I would really like to see compensation for the hours taken off of work and the permanent purple glue on my vinyl.

Had a leaky faucet causing water damage. $200 later and still had a leaky faucet. Burton would not return the money or admit to bad service. Instead the owner stands behind his so called trust worthy plumber who gave us a run for our money and fixed nothing. Charged us for parts that we did not receive. I ended up taking the dang faucet apart myself proving they replaced nothing. I then fixed the faucet myself via 2 trips to Home Depot and $1.50 in parts, and haven't had a problem since.... But I'm still a little upset to have $200 stolen from me by a business who either is crooked or is OK with employing crooks. If you need something done either do it yourself or call someone else. Considering filing a report with the Better Business Bureau.

Mark from Ak. Plumbing came & replaced my old water heater. He did an excellent job and had it working in under 3 hours.

While they were timely and were able to come out next day, the service we received was mediocre at best. We called because our plumbing had extremely low flow, and their first fix was to replace the two most expensive things that could possibly be the issue. When questioned about it afterwards their response was “well it’s better than it was before” when our kitchen sink is still barely above a trickle. Not to mention our house was left a disaster - they unscrewed our accordion door and left it unscrewed when they left, sprayed water everywhere (and on me) in the bathroom, and left wood splinters all over the floor where they were working to name a few. Aside from the poor work ethic, they were swearing up a storm, slamming doors, and Larry was apparently so distracted that he couldn’t remember which way was hot/cold or which direction a shower head was installed. All of this and we got a bill for over $1500. When we called to talk about this, the woman that answered the phone was extremely rude and arrogant - without asking any details, she immediately told us that what we were charged was fair and there was nothing to be discussed. I work in the service industry and understand that time spent on-site is time spent and sometimes the part you think is the issue turns out not to be, but to leave it at “it’s better than it was before” is shameful. Hopefully it was just a bad day and other people don’t have this experience.
