Great experience. We had small water leak coming from our garage ceiling. It was coming from one of the bathrooms above. He was very friendly and even though got in a fender bender on the way, still came out and was able to find leak and repair the existing as well as developing issues.

I called Denali Sewer and Drain when my sewer service froze. The steam hose became lodged in my service. The technician tied it to his truck to free it but ended up breaking my cleanout and tearing the hose. He drove away, leaving the hose in my sewer. The company didn't offer to help even though I called repeatedly. A full 24 hours later they offered to send someone out but I had already called another contractor.
I feel like Denali Sewer and Drain took advantage of me and I hope they don't treat other customers this way. They didn't communicate any of the risks to me and they should have stayed to fix my sewer after they broke the hose.

Courtesy Flush has amazing customer service! I will not hesitate to call Theo again for any and all of my plumbing needs. We called a few places and all had a minimum of a 3 week wait to even be seen. Theo offered to swing by our house in his way home from a job to help diagnose a mysterious noise coming from our pipes. When he came to fix our issue the next day he was quick and very friendly. His work is good an honest. Do yourself a favor and make Courtesy Flush your first call.

Awful customer service experience, probably the worse I've ever had, anywhere, with any product or service:
Trey, their customer service contact is rude, disrespectful, and not at all helpful.
Here are the details that lead me to say that:
First the company was asked to contact us to meet them at the property to go over the details of the repairs needing done and have a conversation in person. They did not do that, they just went and called after they had visited the property. Not a huge deal but not great.
Second, they were to submit to diagnosis into my home warranty within 24 hours of the home visit. Once this did not happen I and the warranty company tried reaching out (Trey is the only contact number available for the company). He would not answer or return my calls or the home warranty calls after several voicemails and texts. Finally he starts communicating but only through text with me even though I simply texted asking him to call me.
Third, he tells me via text that Mark, the technician was still working on the diagnosis and would call when it was ready. I informed him that it is required to be submitted within 24 hours, which had already passed. He only would tell me that Mark would do it when it was ready.
Trey would not provide me Mark's contact number to have the home warranty authorization department reach out to him, but then he said that Mark had already tried calling it in and could not get ahold of anyone and would try again later.
So either the fact that it was not yet ready or the statement that Mark had already tried calling was a lie.
I had the home warranty company on the phone ready to reach out and Trey still would not give me Mark's direct number, and said if they called him he could not connect them to Mark.
Instead he suggested just cancelling the service so they could assign a different contractor. I asked him to please not do that because I had an emergency water leak and needed it addressed immediately.
The home warranty informed me there is an online portal to submit the diagnosis so that should have been used instead of calling first anyway.
The home warranty offered to call the company but Trey insisted that he knew what he was doing and that they had to initiate the call so would not give me Mark's number.
He was rude and disrespectful by stating that Mark is on another job and you will have to wait for him to finish that,... I'm sorry you don't understand that
He then offered to cancel the job again.
I asked him to not cancel the job and even pointed out that despite this poor customer service I was dealing with they still had an opportunity to earn a good online review from me.
He then said I'm going to cancel this job with home warranty since we can't please you

A friendly and professional Hvac tech named Ryan helped diagnose a leaky duct and gave his professional opinion. He was able to find the worksite quickly, informed me of any actions he would be taking that affected the property, and wrote up a report for my client to refer to.

While they were timely and were able to come out next day, the service we received was mediocre at best. We called because our plumbing had extremely low flow, and their first fix was to replace the two most expensive things that could possibly be the issue. When questioned about it afterwards their response was “well it’s better than it was before” when our kitchen sink is still barely above a trickle. Not to mention our house was left a disaster - they unscrewed our accordion door and left it unscrewed when they left, sprayed water everywhere (and on me) in the bathroom, and left wood splinters all over the floor where they were working to name a few. Aside from the poor work ethic, they were swearing up a storm, slamming doors, and Larry was apparently so distracted that he couldn’t remember which way was hot/cold or which direction a shower head was installed. All of this and we got a bill for over $1500. When we called to talk about this, the woman that answered the phone was extremely rude and arrogant - without asking any details, she immediately told us that what we were charged was fair and there was nothing to be discussed. I work in the service industry and understand that time spent on-site is time spent and sometimes the part you think is the issue turns out not to be, but to leave it at “it’s better than it was before” is shameful. Hopefully it was just a bad day and other people don’t have this experience.

Wm97 + combi boiler was installed by Matt 5 years ago for energy audit rebate program in tune of $13k. Just little after 2 years (after warranty expired) boiler sensor went out costing me $200 for part and $130 for labor. This year, I noticed the heat was not circulating throughout the condo. During inspection Mtn mechanical Curtis determined a bad recirculating pump, nonfunctioning boiler pump, and internal expansion tank full of water. After everything said and done it cost me $760 for repair. It turns out internal pump was not faulty but the logic board is going bad. Estimated cost of $600 for the board. I refused this service for another time since the boiler is working, but not as efficiently.
My gripe is with Weil McLain for shoddy product, and also share blame to Matt for pushing this boiler model. It was sold under the disguise as reliable , dependable, and cost saving. I’m venting my frustration here as a warning to stay away from tankless water heater. Go with cast iron and good old hot water tank.
Mtn mechanical has been professional throughout this ordeal so that deserves some credit.
My next place to write review will be on Weil McLain product webpage. Luckily WM97 is discontinued but there may be other models like it.
