Our furnace went totally out during our recent cold spell. After trying several Heating and air companies that would not tell us how soon they could respond, I started reading reviews and talking to neighbors and friends and called Extreme Heat and Air in Eagle River. The receptionist was cordial and stated that she would have the Manager call us and she stated she would put us on the No Heat list. To our surprise Cody, an Extreme Heat Tech called within the hour and said he was on the way. This young man was very well versed in his trade, trouble shot the problem and repaired our furnace in record time. Cody was extremely respectful, very accommodating, and a great representative for Extreme Heating and Air Inc. This will be our company of choice for our heating system from this point on and we would recommend them to anyone.

The work was done quickly, efficiently and I will be recommending Living Waters Plumbing & Mechanical to anyone that needs quick, professional and experienced home heating needs.

Beware of service techs trying to scare you into replacing things unnecessarily. I called because the pilot light had gone out on my boiler. The tech tried to tell me I needed to replace my whole boiler immediately, that the insulation inside was coming down and could spontaneously combust at any time. I had him replace just the coupler/fix pilot light issue, then had three other reputable plumbing companies out for additional opinions. All three other plumbers told me not to worry, that it appeared the insulation had been tugged at (by Mt. Mechanical), and that they'd commonly heard of Mt. Mechanical trying to scare homeowners like myself. With three other plumbers all checking off my boiler as safe, even for their own daughter to live there, I will never again trust Mr. Mechanical.

What a blessing Mr Tom was. I was working on a washer issue as well as a toilet problem while remodeling my home. I am a single Mom and every penny counts. I try to do things myself, but have learned to call in a professional when I get above my head. He was just wonderful. From manners to knowledge. He didn’t try to cheat me out of money and just did some great & honest work. Truly grateful for this man.

After getting 5 competing bids, I had septic systems in three different homes completely replaced by A+ in 2017 and found them to be competitive, experienced, fast, efficient and thorough. Mike always answered his phone, no matter when I called, which is extremely important to me- I am a contractor myself (out of state) so I can be very demanding on my jobs, and as a customer. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, including the secretary manning the phones at the office. I recommend them highly..and it takes a lot for me to say that.

We've used Jake and his crew several times and they've always been responsive and easy to work with. Nothing but good things to say about this team.

Ive spoken to Brad a couple of times over the course of the summer to get an estimate for a boiler installation to prep my house to transition to in floor heat, he came over and did a walk around and provided a wealth of info. Followed up a couple times but never received an estimate. Ended up re-evaluating and called him again to see if I could get an estimate instead for a combi-boiler and some heating for the garage and adjacent rooms. Unfortunately I never received that estimate either and now I cannot reach Brad over the phone anymore. Understandably it is likely a busy season, but at least provide some updates.

Awesome company! Very responsive. All of my questions were answered and any concerns addressed. They removed a window and replaced it with a sliding patio door. In the process they had to move an electrical outlet and a baseboard heating resister. Now I have someone to tackle all of my projects big or small. I can’t recommend them enough! A+++++
