These plumbers have solved so many issues for me just in 2021 😲 bent washer valve, backed up toilet, decoupled PEX pipe. They are installing a bidet for me next week. They are economical, friendly, and efficient. I don't ever feel like they mansplained something to me. They offer emergency service and honestly it's reasonably priced.

Called this plumber. He came right away. Said I needed a drain cleaned. OK. Then he said he cleaned two. I paid him. Gave him a nice tip. He said problem was taken care of. The next day, I was experiencing the same problem. I call him (Washington Quinn) and he told me he would come back out for a charge. For the same problem? He was very rude and hung up on me three times. He did not leave a receipt. Now he won't answer my calls. Now all I want is my receipt. I will call another plumber. I will not recommend this plumber to anyone! PS- He bought a kid with him. He played with my grandson - got a goody bag. Nice kid but - to work? Will never use this plumber again-nor tell anyone else to!!!!

Did some work for a neighbor and never returned to put my chain link fence back in place!

Edit; Yes the fence was finally replaced several months later and I am happy now. Please in the future, try harder contacting all property's affected by your work. Emergencies are unforeseeable, but leaving adjoining owners in the dark about damages can be avoided. I still have to come out of my own pocket to replace the grass that was ruined. I should not have been affected by this at all, and since I have been, I should be made whole without hesitation.

Very pleased! Called at 1:30pm and had was told somebody would be there by 4. At 2:30pm somebody was at my home. Came in and got right to work! Worked quickly and did high quality work! Very reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone!!!

Arrowhead Plumbing sent someone within two hours of my calling because my kitchen sink had totally backed up. He came out and although my kitchen is on the second floor and he had to try a couple of different routes to clear the drain, he managed to get it all cleared out. Would definitely recommend them.

If I could give zero stars I would. Only positive thing about my experience is that they came on time. My sewer line was clogged and backing up I explained where I believed the clogging was and they proceeded to go through the floor drain. After unsuccessful attempt I explained that it would properly be better to go through the clear out drain where the main stack is. They ignored my plea and decided to clear out all the way to the city sewer. After another unsuccessful attempt I pleaded with the again to snake from the main . And they finally did. Within a couple minutes my clog was cleared. They charged me 425 dollars for a job that should have been 150-200 max. I asked them about pricing before they even started and kept getting the run around. After the job was done they said 425 dollars and I almost had a heart attack. These guys are scam artists in my opinion.
