Great experience with Drain Station today. My kitchen sink has been backing up for a week and after several attempts to clear the clog myself I broke down and call Drain Station. They are located close to me in Ferndale which was great but the real selling point was they would come out at a set appointment that I chose the same day. The plumber Johnny was excellent to deal with; very punctual and friendly. On top of Drain Station and Johnny's excellent service was their 60 day warranty on the work.

Definitely would recommend them to anyone. Especially if you want a firm appointment.

Came out but was only fixed for 2 weeks. Then they said one time only they'd repair it again for free. They never came again and the responses were unprofessional. Only reason it not a 1 star is it was fixed for 2 weeks

We highly recommend this crew to anyone. I came to them while they were working on a neighbors issue. They were friendly and professional. They came in and prepped the house by covering doorways and fixtures, explained exactly what they were doing at each phase of the pipe replacement, and were quick for the big job we had for them. Once they were done, they cleaned up the mess and made sure we were happy with the results. If you want quality work at a fair price, you found the right company!

Originally I called them about a toilet repair, and as we got talking they asked if there was anything else they could help me out with. I mentioned the tub faucet and replaced that too, all in one visit. They were quick, professional and so kind.

I had a toilet drain backup occur I called several plumbing Co.. 1st of all Roulo’s Plumbing gave me a estimate that was reasonable and didn’t give me a big different price once they saw the job. Technician Jerry/ jay service was very excellent.
He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
My main drain was clogged up caused flooded basements and I call waterwork plumbing in Frendale on Saturday and Jerry show up to my house within hour and took his time to do the job and very friendly explain me everything he done.

These guys are crooks!...Thay took my grandmothe to the cleaners ...thay improperly diagnose the job and then charge a restocking fee for toilet s she didnt need. Told her she needed now toilets and pipes in ceiling.she had a broken pipe in the floor
