Mr. Rooter Plumbing offered us a wonderful service. The appointment scheduling, the reminder and everything related to customer service was outstanding! They fixed our Dishwasher in a couple of mins. Austin did a wonderful job fixing our issue and went above and beyond to find a solution for our problem. Its the first time I've needed a plumber in Windsor, and if I ever need it again, I wont hesitate calling Mr. Rooter. Great work, good price and awesome customer service!!

I had a shower leak, spoke to them (Mike) over the phone told them exactly what the issue was and asked for a quote. I doubled check to see if they could do a shower remodel and he assured me that they could. They (yes there were two of them to get a quote) came in when I was not home and convinced my wife that they need to cut the kitchen ceiling to see what the problem was. After cutting it they agreed with what I told them and said that they could not fix it and I would need to contact someone else. Furthermore they charged me $75 dollars to cut a hole in the ceiling after all said and done.

Will never use these guys again for anything.

The person they sent was knowledgeable and was able to fix the leaky faucet. I tried to fix it myself and I'm glad I didn't go too far because it was a bigger job than I could have handled. He was a nice guy and did great work and I was very happy with him work.
