Best Plumbing Contractor in Detroit MI

My technician Chris Meyers was excellent!!! He arrived promptly and was incredibly professional the entire visit. He ended up replacing my furnace and I know nothing about that sort of thing. He very thoroughly explained what was going on with my furnace and gave various options for replacement. He explained things in a way that even I could understand. There’s was no mess, he left everything clean at the end of the job. I would give him a third thumb up if I had one,lol!

I find Bubby’s has great customer service, they respond quickly to phone calls and the staff is professional and helpful, they took the time to explain to me what they were doing and why, and how to prevent this problem in the future, highly recommend their service and will definitely use them again.

Ron is amazing. I found a crack in my main cast iron sewer line in my crawl space and within a week Ron was able to come out and replace the entire line with PVC for an extremely affordable price. I was expecting the repair to take several days and be an absolute nightmare when I found the damage but Ron had it dug out and swapped in under 6 hours!

Install a new toilet wax ring on a leaky toilet. Toilet continue to leak. So I tried to call and text Al and Demetrius numerous times. Went straight to voicemail. Never a call back and no response. So I had to pay another plumber to do the job right. What’s so interesting is that I was going to hire them to do a much larger job. I try and support my local business when I can. But when I do I get someone that’s trying to get over on people.

Tried to get a quote from these guys -- they didn't seem to want to provide an accurate quote for a simple residential install/service. Person seemed a little upset that I was even calling.

This company was subcontracted by my contractor to do all new supply lines and some other jobs like moving the washer hook-up in my home. This was almost 2 years ago. I am just writing the review now because of the fact that almost everything they did has been redone since, they did poor work and nothing was to code. Everytime I have a plumbing issue it is because of this. Today, I am having my hot water heater replaced and the pex to copper connection is not up to code. I have had cracked fittings and leaks at several connection points as well. They couldn't even replace a shower head without it leaking within a month. Would not consider using them at all if I were you!
